While attending the Desert Storm LHC event at Lake Havasu, Circus Media House had the opportunity to ride along with the Skater Powerboats Team themselves in their client Steve Ahrenberg's beautiful Skater 368 "Fair Chase".
Follow along on the ride with us in this vlog-style video as we go for our first ride in one of these amazing powerboats! Steve took it easy on us, reaching a top speed of 105 mph during the run which made for a beautiful morning cruise.

What power does your Skater have?
That’s still probably an easy 100mph boat. That’s faster than probably 85% of the boats on lakes
Wow so at 70mph that boat burns just over 60gals of high octane gas per hour at around 4k rpms. So at $4.25 a gal it would cost around $250.00 an hour for fuel. So figure this boat is at a bare minimum of at least $500.00-$700.00 a day to run. Damn you gotta be making at least $5k a week bring home to even think about owning something like this.
i wish they would have never made a sound level ordinance at these lakes. i miss that old sound ,like a dragster sounds
