it wouldn't even be that hard to fill it either. Like what if The first alpha guy had used some sort of dark blood magic to override the moon goddess's magic or whatever. And the first bond was actually him making a pact with some sort of shadow entity in direct violation of moon goddess. I don't know I'm just going off the cuff here, I could think of a million different easy ways to fluff the story up and slap some plot spackling over the holes.

I have to applaud the actors for not laughing and cringing at every second they were filming this.
They're trying to get a big role on Riverdale so they need to practice delivering cringey lines.
They’re probably getting through their scenes by mentally repeating “I’m getting paid” over and over again.
the best thing about this to me is the fact that "Tinfanny" was probably a typo because at the end when she gets banished, Alexander actually says "Tiffany", but it wasn't even that unbelievable because of how out of pocket the rest of the movie is
If I ever finish a novel again I'll make sure to include a werewolf named Tinfanny, no matter what the novel is about, Tinfanny the She-wolf will be there somewhere

I’m 99% sure I’ve READ that fanfic because of weird Facebook ads for weird fanfic sites If I’m right, her second « mate » is like 27 and she’s freshly 18, and the moon goddess only gave her a « fake mate » (the first alpha weird guy) to punish the guy or something. Like he’s such a bad person that the moon goddess gave him the slave/girl he loved as a mate because she knew he would reject her because of her status? And then the goddess gave the girl her actual mate or something. I remember the fanfic being so bad but I just couldn’t stop reading it because it was good entertainment.

it unfortunately took me until the end of the video to realize that when he said it was broken up into sixty minute long parts he didn’t mean the movie was multiple hours long divided by the hour, but instead was one hour long divided into 1 min sections. i was really admiring the commitment ngl to watching a supposedly infinite long movie

Okay, I literally used to work for a contractor, who's wife designed a medieval style castle "house" (turrets, battlements, and faux stone everywhere) and they proceeded to build it in the middle of this teeny tiny town. No lie. Weirdest, most out of place shit.

I like the cliches of an "alpha male" in a werewolf pack because it's actually based on a common misconception about how actual wolf packs work. They are not governed by an alpha male, but rather an alpha pair, with the dominant male and female couple mating for life and maintaining order.

Okay, it’s been like four months but I kept seeing the ads for this stuff on tik tok so I just downloaded the app bc I remembered this video and I watched this series and their new one called “true Luna” and here is what I’ve gathered -The moon goodess is a little matchmaker and she’ll be like yo I ship these two people y’all are fated mates now. But if two fated mates don’t want to be together they can reject the bond and choose a new mate. The Alphas mate is called the Luna. In True Luna we learn about something called the true Luna which is basically the true alpha from teen wolf -they are both the wolf and not the wolf. From what I gather the wolf is inside them and then the wolf can come out of them. Idk -also the refer to themselves as children as pups but they don’t get their wolf until they are 18 so that makes zero sense bc they are technically human until 18 It is really bad also in a scene in true luna one of the alphas uses their “alpha voice” and it’s the funniest shit I’ve ever heard And yes the sexual assault stuff is in like every one of their series it’s really scary considering on the App Store this is for 12+ meaning there are children on this app.
As a Wattpad girl from middle school to late highschool, this whole situation is hilarious and horrifying. Watching someone who wasn’t part of this nightmare of a time is really eye opening to how insane we were

I can't believe I'm old enough to see other people forget or just not remember why cable was so bad. Streaming didn't really take over because it was cheap/convient. Cable tv itself had become an 8th circle of hell. There weren't monthly subscriptions, there were multi year CONTRACTS. You couldn't choose your channels either, no single package covered a demographic fully. There were also hidden fees everywhere, and they were notoriously difficult to get rid of because they were considering contracts. I get that streaming is bad but let's not romanticize cable. I was there, I remember.
Not to mention the fact that cable companies would monopolize entire areas. Which left you with no choice unless you went with satellite TV. (Which, of course, had their own issues, especially at first.) Or the crappy "bundles" that included phone and Internet. I remember them announcing those like they'd found the answers to all of humanity's problems. It's easy to look at cable with nostalgia goggles now that it's dying a slow death, but it definitely a lot of issues.

She lived in a countryside and a rich family had a daughter who wanted to live like a disney princess so they ACTUALLY chose a place that was quite secluded and build a fucking pink, disney-style palace there. Complete with weirdly difficult to place time period, kidnapping, ruined plot twists, mate rejection and the resulting anger at the rejected mate not dying on the spot from heartbreak, inexplicable castles, magic wolf spirits/alternate personalities, an unexplored moon goddess religion, creepy dudes trying to fuck girls the second they turn 18 (0r 16 or whatever way too young age the magic suddenly decides mates are a thing), the threat of being banished, weird names, alphas betas and that kind of wolf nonsense, and terrible pack names. Your lucky it wasn't the kind of fic where servant girl was kidnapped by her evil love interest and stockholmed so hard that she murdered he whole family

I've never read a single omega fic, just because 1, seems like there's issues with proper consent and 2, not accurate to real wolves, but I know every single trope from seeing ads for weird books.

as someone who spent way too much time reading Episode stories in their youth, I can confirm that mates, the moon goddess, wolf pack, and kidnappings, and second-chance mates are all story points that appear in every werewolf story you could ever read.
