There’s a BIG difference in the way the Chinese and the Japanese cut their tuna. In Japan, it’s an art form. They cut it with precision, mastery and overall cleanliness. They use tables and they often wash and clean the fish as they cut it. The Chinese are just careless and nasty. Everything is done on the floor, parts thrown all over the place. These two cultures are so ancient. But the Japanese are far more advanced and dignified of admiration.
Piss off with your racism. You would think the Chinese (who I assume, according to sterotype, you think are stingy and greedy) would take the greatest care in the world at dismantling a fish which cost tens of thousands on the market.
一般餐廳 根本幾乎很少 會買整條的魚回去殺(除了部分魚如鮭魚等小隻魚等等), 除非是他們自家有漁船或者老闆有錢 ,餐廳很大等等原因!不然這種魚 高單價高通常都是由魚市場分解。因為我也是日本料理學了十幾年!還有很多原因,不說了!真的不能你一句話打翻整鍋米。

@@twix7284 台灣的水準跟日本比起來真的有很大的進步空間,我去日本澳洲美國新加坡的魚市場港口玩,根本不會看到一堆蒼蠅黏在漁獲身上,台灣的漁港不止雜亂更是充滿魚腥味,我有跟漁船朋友提過這事,他們也普遍不在意認為有錢賺最重要,環境差不管他們的事,甚至認為我在亂講,現在被拍成影片傳上網讓全世界網民來公評,建議台灣要虛心檢討,才能進步,進步了才能賺更多錢
