Can't wait to start squishing dat steel. By the way could you recommend a good mechanic ,my stove's been acting up. "Doh !" . Aloha Bra, Keep em comin

  • Great video! I ordered the same press, should be delivered any day now. So how did you get the press off the pallet and onto the wheels?

    • Joe Cross Awesome, u won’t be disappointed!! As for un packing... it’s a heavy bitch! I used the tilt and walk method plus a couple crow bars to help lol but be careful

    • Tucker Just an FYI, I received my press and it's pretty damn cool! I got it off the pallet by using a big crowbar to lift it and then placing some 1/2" hot rolled round bar under the press, think like an Egyptian you know! Rolled right off so I could mount the wheels. Need some square dies and then I'm on to canister Damascus! Thanks again for the great video!

  • Very cool press. I'm interested in trying to build one with a similar design. Would you happen to know the main frame plate's thickness and width? It's got to be at least 1". Thanks

    • Larry King it’s around 1in and I think it’s hr 1018 but honestly I thought to build one before I found this one. And this one is priced so fairly it was hard to justify the time and energy

  • Is this the normal 16 ton or the 16+ model? the normal is rated at 1.6 IPS and the 16+ is rated at 4 IPS, curious because it looks like it moves faster than 1.6 IPS

  • Watched your video on the 25# power hammer and this one - Great video's but you tell us to wear hearing and eye protection - don't see any hearing protection and must say that I've worked with several guys that have lost their hearing from not wanting to take the time to put on ear muffs or plugs - Huge mistake that I'm pretty sure you'll regret in later years. Also agree - you don't need all the foul language to make a really great video.

    • 2busy2P WHAT!?!? Lol lost my hearing in the navy also where I learned all the colorful language, ur right I should but I have ptsd and the muffled hearing really f- I mean messes with me. I get jumpy and kinda stabby not a good combo with so many knives around. Thanks for watching and commenting I rather appreciate it

    • thanks for watching, i am pretty lax about it, but i was wearing foamies in the powerhammer video, and people complain that i yell tooo much so now i dont wear hearing protection while filming... also im a sailor and speak as such... you dont blame the marine for eating all the crayons so dont blame the sailor for the language lol
