These hogs are a real pest. One of the worst invasive species
in some part of Malaysia, Sabah to say, you are not allowed to hunt more than 3 heads of hogs/boars. more than that and its a permit violation, funny enough, those hogs invaded the other part of Malaysia because they don't eat them.

The part about bullets not being able to penetrate enough for a kill is what disturbed me. So first off decent video. But i must state that Vortex Nation has recently released videos on using 9mm and 10mm pistols on bear skulls. To determine which is better for self defense. The 10mm zipping through the target while the 9mm (although not by much) having slightly less penetration.

Well yeah, they're not accustomed to danger anymore. They live in the safe feeling colonies of their own and use tools. They've forgotten real fear, even using fear stimulating events as entertainment like roller coasters and video games. They haven't been hunted since they developed advanced weaponry and killed their hunters many years ago. But if humans start hunting humans (i.e war) then they develop even more advanced weapons until they once again eliminate their hunters. Don't hunt humans, they just make better ways to kill hunters.

Hunting with my brother in law a few years ago. Boar took a 308. To the face and kept running at us.

Not all this is true. Avoid headshots with a FMJ(don't use) or Softpoint. It All depends on bullet selection. For neck and headshots use a Ballistic tip or straight hollowpoint will work everything if well executed. You want to dump all the energy into that area with instant expansion.
It is believed that there is around 9 million wild pigs in the USA. What people do not realize is the crop damage that is caused by the critters...and the diseases that they carry that can be caught by humans... Also, (at least domestic pigs, more than likely applies to wild ones as well ) are not easy to kill. I have seen individuals try head shots with domestic pigs, and it does not stop them... I have seen domestic pigs, ( not hurt, not being shot at, just being a pain in the *ss ) hit wire page fences that a horse would probably not bother, and rip them apart...and some domestic pigs can be super mean as well, even when they were treated well...

kinda misleading to portray boars' bone as bullet proof armor it of course depends on the caliber but unless you are using .22 the boars arent protected from bullets

Really glad you mentioned the problems with overpopulation of not only native species, like the wild boar, but of invasive species, as well. Lot of people don't understand how big of a problem we've created for ourselves by exterminating predatory species in the wild. Predators not only keep wild populations in check, but they also help keep the rate of infectious diseases down, too, since predators often go for the sick, injured and weakest of most species... Ironically, the video also indirectly brings up good arguments as to why you would need weapons, such as the AR-15 and other militaristic weaponry for hunting, since there are a lot of people out there who don't realize that not everything is as weak as a human when it concerns gunfire.

In the south when I was growing up they'd take a dog and a pistol.. see a few guys with a dog and a fkn knife. Check the hide and not a single bullet hole. The early 90s was wild in the southern US.
