  • У нас на побережье Чукотки где я живу есть одно место где каждый год осенью специально подплывают киты и трутся об скалы. Скалы похожи на стиральную доску, и когда сверху смотришь как один за другим подплывают киты и трутся об них, кажется, что вот-вот можно упасть вниз. Сначала они как будто измазаны в извёстке, а после своей процедуры они чистенькие, блестящие становятся.

    • It's because they know we're SUPPOSED to be helping take care of them, not hurting or killing them. But unfortunately, that's not the case the majority of the time. Before sin and death, God told mankind we were to be stewards over all of the earth and animals. Stewarding something is to manage or take care of it! Outside of the fear of man, animals know that's what our true role is and what we're supposed to be doing for them.

  • i have been up close to some species of Whales and Dolphins, you can sense how intelligent they are. it feels like they are speaking to you, definitely a vibration like none other. The Dolphin saw i was picking up shells off the ocean floor and would find some beautiful shells and either bring them and drop the in front of me or it would flip them around in the sand and then swim on his back as if to say “are you watching, did you see what i just did?” Beautiful creatures indeed.

    • I heard dolphins on North Shore and it freaked me out. Never saw them but they sounded SO CLOSE. Naw. It's like people having a conversation in a foriegn language in an elevator while they keep looking you up and down.

    • ​@@elliotadams3402dunno about seeing them but interpreting hand gestures its easy for animals that are used to human contact, like you can point with your finger at something with a random dog present in the area and the dog will look at the direction you are pointing. Animals have an easier time understanding hand stuff

    • Им тоже хочется общаться со своим владыкой. У него есть понимание что человек его хозяин, его владыка. Однажды я шла с ночного дежурства и меня догнали несколько бездомных , дворовых собак и одна из них меня укусила. Я очень маленькая ростом и собаки меня принимали за ребенком. Я видела как они мужчин не замечали, а мне всегда было страшно проходить мимо них. Так вот, одна из собак слегка содрала мне кожу. Когда собака это сделала я повернулась к ней и возмущенно крикнула : СКОТИНА ! ! ! И я по вернувшись смотрю на эту собаку и вижу . Собака села на задние лапы и виновата опустила голову и из-под лобие смотрит на меня. Другие в это время тоже остановились и смотрели на это и лаяли конечно, я повелела всем уйти прочь и они отстали от меня... Мне было так неожиданно и удивительно что собака почувствовала стыд за своё поведение ....

  • I never heard of whale lice. Looked it up and for sure there are whale lice, more like small crustaceans. I am so glad this man took them off the whale. God. Are they so special. I love the whales and dolphins, amazingly gentle, loving creatures.

  • The caption read that🎉 he was removing "lice" from his head. These were, in fact, barnacles which will attach and grow on whales' bodies. It's cool that the whale understood what he was doing and allowed him to care for him. I love these interactions. Thanks, God, for your wonderful creations.

    • Genuinely curious... don't the whales have a natural way to rid themselves of those parasites? I know there are "Fish Spa" areas in the reefs where fish (including sharks!) go to have their teeth and fins cleaned by smaller fish (forgot the name).

    • It's one theory for why we haven't seen signs of intelligent alien life. It's entirely possible such life is not surface dwelling and has found harmony with nature and isn't constructing things with anything other than natural methods and so, not giving off any chemical signs of advanced life in their atmosphere.

"It's entirely possible such life is not surface dwelling" Life started living on the surface over 360 million years ago. You have some strange ideas about how life works.
