Watching you for years now and what made me fall in love with your content was I felt like I went on an adventure with you. All jokes aside this whole business of running your own media is a beast and we all need ppl like you to take care of yourself and show the world what healthy boundaries and a healthy mental life looks like. Everything else stems from that inner relationship. Never feel like you have to take away from yourself to give anything to us. We are all the same and we all need all the help and reminders of what REALLY matters.

As an Aussie the hottest temp I ever experienced was 49c so close enough and yeah hopefully never again, anything 40c and over is just nightmarish.
