I've seen a lot of these DIY, low buck builds, but the guy will have a plasma cutter, a vertical mill, a lathe, a frame table, a water jet, a TIG welder, etc! LOL
Fr man 😂 I got none of that. I’d have to go to a shop or something to be able to build anything
Yeah I know another good KZheadr is homemade madness he doesn't have no fancy tools I mean he does have a lathe but he built that himself and he also does a lot of work without the lathe shows you how to get by also doesn't spend $1,000 on square tube to make a jig uses wood
Bless your heart. Reminds me of the first time I saw a Mexican put jelly on a tortilla. I asked him why he did that. He told me "before we had jelly, we had nothing".
This thing looks super sketchy but I take my hat off to anyone that can think up a plan and see it through to fruition. You got a hell of an imagination and amazing dedication to task. Good job.
Kudos for making due with what you have available and it turning out as good as it did. I think the only thing I would really suggest is using bearings or at least a pillow block set up where your main drive axle is because it appears you have run the axle through square tubing only and that won't last very long.
This was raw, improvised genius. Nothing scripted in the way you wanted to build it and it works. Great job. Loved watching this build.
Your aptitude and creativity will greatly benefit yourself when you work for yourself, and NOT some one else! Go for it! Dan S. Michigan & Texas
Excellent, young man. But you have to protect yourself from accidents. And you know the mountain roads are very dangerous. You have to build a protective cage. And that the brakes support the car with front disc brakes. I wish you health and well-being ... Your brother, who lives in Algeria
You make a great car and you love making cars, I am like you but I have to study in your place a lot
Outstanding creativity and guts to turn a thought into something tangible. Your aptitude and and creativity would be a value to anyone who's intelligent enough to employ you. Great seeing young adults prove they can build a better and more creative world.
thanks for your positive feedback
I give him a A+ look at the tools he's using and what he came up with is awesome, and it works he is having fun. That just makes me want to go do something in the garage. Awesome job 👍👏🙌 that is bad ass for stuff laying around.
thank you so much
@@CHERALAUTO Good day, Are from the philippines? If yes, HM ?

@@moderator896 yep idc it aint mine but hopefully it does hold!!
literally blood and sweat went into this build, props man
thank you for your support
@@CHERALAUTO thank you for the good content keep it up bro
Thank you for sharing your project! ... Something that I miss from your video was the brakes.
Muito bom vc é fera. Ficou muito bom mesmo parabéns
Like the simplicity of the build. Good work!
DID YOU REALY WATCH THE WHOLO VIDEO!?!?
thank you very much it's nice of you
Nice job man. Can't wait till the next video. Keep them coming.
Nice! I'm building a street kart using a welding machine I made and a lawnmower engine I converted to horizontal shaft.
If that rear subframe does not brake in half I really need that stick welder!!!
I bet the stub he welded onto the end of the crankshaft breaks first.
@@SirChevy haters em pleno 2020 é foda.
Faz melhor. Kkkkkkkkkk
Good job buddy! Looks great. 💪🔧
thanks
Bongbong marsos to presedent
Wow 👏 bravo!
Nicely done! It looks a little long and narrow though.
thank you for your attention
Parabéns pelo seu trabalho e incrível. Deixei o 👍🏼também
Cool, wonder where the rack come from. Been thinking about building a mini bike and watching a lot of this stuff. To me it'd be easier to use square tubing I think. All though I could adapt and learn to use round tubing. I don't have the tools to bend it measure the angles yet.
What did your suspension components come off of?
Nice! What A arms and hubs did you use?
Is this the guy who restores all them 80s & 90s cars to perfection?????
this is awesome! Nice build
thanks
This was never going to be a precision build and it wasn't meant to be. The use of triangles throughout adds the strength needed. All up, a great job and one to be proud of. Double welding over flux is not a good idea though, I don't think I saw a chip hammer in use at all. Great video.
Well done mate considering you used the most basic tools.
beautiful work
Mantap bang .🙏😊
Show de bola! Tem o projeto?
How cool is this? Thanks for sharing :)
Awesome informational educational video experience Y'alls God Bless Ya 🙏
mil respetos es excelente tu go kart sigue así :3
thank you
Gotta love home builds.
Excellent idea. Wish I had some like yours. Would you share with us where I can obtain the components of the front end? I live in Guatemala from where I send you warm greetings
Great build Terrible welds Awesome design
Great job man! I really enjoyed your video!
Great job in using what ya have. Looks like a fun kart...
except for the wheel base about to flip at any second
You have some good craftsmanship
Excelente trabajo mi amigo 👍👍
Thank You
GENIOOOOO BARRILETE COSMICO!!!!
I know that relieving smile you got there, Believe me you deserve it, and own it! :)
thank you so much
Wow
parabéns fico top
That geometry on the suspension though 😂
Can be improve its kinematics and suspension by right selection of shock absorber
@@anthonybautista305 Yes. to much hard for the actual load.
22:50 .. Who needs bearings anyway.
@@calholli love the axle through the scrap metal square tubing

Awesome job dude ! That’s something to hand down to your kid .
This is a project I wanna start!
There’s a video in the ads
Sweet making something useful with limited resources shows great skill and determination .
thank you for your attention
@@CHERALAUTO very sturdy frame. Nice build for an adult. Build a body and fenders for it. All weather usage. Cool. 😎
It should have a 6 speed 1000cc engine, may have to use larger shocks. For what you did I commend you
Is that will be badass 😎🔥😎 what's a 1000cc
@@vampiregirl32 Motorcycle engine
You do know that it’s already a death trap even if he changes the gearing. It does not need a larger engine.
@@damonhardy6793 with turbo two of them 😻💯💋😈🥰☠️😈
@ I know there's a deathtrap but you can make it safe if you want to add a roll cage to it or other stuff to it 😉🤣
This is great work👍🏾
Thank you
that was awesome bro
thank you so much
Génial 👏👏👏
thanks
Good job.
I omg do love a 👨 know how to build awesome stuff 🥰🥰
thanks
I need to get a welder. This is way cool. Turned out really well. Very inspired.
what kind of welder is that?
I love how your wire brush is actually a grill cleaner
Muy bueno saludos de Argentina 😀
A man after my heart. Built better than mine though! Well done. Does the jackshaft have bearings?
What did you use for your rear axle for the wheels and the suspension?
Beautiful!!! Go kart👍👍
Very entertaining to watch just like the previous videos :) please keep them coming
it's nice of you to say that
put some bearings in back where your drive pullies are other wise they will slog out and sooner or later they will cause your chain to come off
If you can roll that chain on, it can roll itself right off haha
Keren mobil nya kreatif👍
Hi friend, congratulations on the great video, Which vehicle is the rear part where the wheel axles are?
Really great job...and welding too : )
I'm impressed this guy works fast
I will also try to make in future .please tell me the names of all the parts of the buggy .Congratulations and thank you for such a informative video
Well done mate , but you really need bearings on that slave shaft , it wont last long. Apart from that nice job something from near nothing I take my hat off to you.
Welding on a stump. Now that is cool!
Very good work bro👍✊
Hello. nicely done just because the rear axle is too narrow. I would try to turn the wheels with the outside to the inside to be wider.
they are already turned from outside to inside
Your work is good, well done. I congratulate you on this ingenious skill. I love you. I will support you with a like and a subscription to the channel, and I tell you to continue.
Good job bro
Why you deleted all of your other videos? :((( i really loved them :(((
For decades I've had a reoccurring thought to take on a project like this. Maybe one day...Very enlightening and informative video. Lots of steering wheel movement. Is it due to terrain, torque problems requiring frame tuning or the steering system itself? Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, because of the terrain.
To me, it looks like it needs a front end alignment.
@@oshpunit987 YES the front end is completely unaligned.
Do you have a blue print for it is so can you share it?
That's damn good
very nice, what tires and wheels don?
UN EXPERTO SEÑOR LO FELICITO!
Very clever...and well done
thank you
Nice work, you should widen the driver area and must add a roll bar.
@CHERALAUTO what steering and front shocks did you use from ?
I really love your idea!!!! So if you don't mind can you share the measurements of the frame? I don't have that money to buy an off-road vehicle but by watching your DIY build machine my dream get back to like so will you help me to make that dream come true?
Send me an email and I will send you the plans
@@CHERALAUTO where should I send you my email
Nice work...👍👍
thank you
Great job. . You take engine for cultivator on this? 14 horse power?
5hp
thank you
Bro I need a buggy how much it cost to get it
