  • Found a great way to cut ice blocks to cool ur house in summer as well. I tried with old rim with bolts then with old tire with studs around tire not sure either worked . Great job.

    • Many mountainbike tyres are intended to be mounted in a different direction on front and back wheels - back wheel needing grip + ability to shed mud under power (pushing backward on the ground) and front needing grip + ability to shed mud when braking (pushing forward on the ground). I was actually impressed he mounted the saws with this in mind but once he upgraded the tread / teeth it made no difference to grip etc so nice that he made it more aesthetically pleasing :)

  • I came for the ice bike...and then realized that all I really wanted to know was how to drill "one" hole thru a piece of metal without ruining 4 drill bits, 5 pounding nails and my drill!:).   • If you keep the original wheel design, you could put shortened training wheels on the rear blade wheel, and cut big chunks of ice by peddling until it cuts through, and then just pick up the bike and place it a different direction, and start peddling again
