  • To be honest, I don't watch these videos to learn much about cooking, the scale is much too grand for a single widow. They are my time. I watch them to start or end my day in peace and harmony. I would love to be able to taste the dishes, they simply have to be amazing. There is much skill and experience, even tradition that goes into these magnificent offerings. But, they feed my soul.   • The most impressive part for me is how well you can control the heat. 10:15 butter isn't burning at all, I can barely get the heat right on my gas stove. The environment looks so peaceful, with the doggos. I'm jealous!

    • Talk about, fill up my senses! This is a divine treat. I can almost smell the onions when you cut them, taste the water, smell the onions frying, smell the air, the spices and aromas everywhere, the fire smoke, the trees, the dogs and animals, the clouds and sky…. The ring of a bell from the spatula hitting the pan… I so wish I was there I love beef ribs! Snuggles to the puppy’s and Mickey!

  • Watching from Canada :) My son got me hooked on your channel now. You live in a paradise and the good Lord provides all that you have, the food, nature, and so much more. You truly are a blessed man. Your dogs and goats look very healthy and content there with you. What a great life they have! I so wish I could taste all those things you cook. I can almost smell them way over here! Such a healthy lifestyle, all people should live this way :) When the Lord returns I believe we will, minus the meat. Ha! Ha!
