- You just sell your house and moved to Azerbaijan, very simple. When I was young I use to watch American movie. All in beach people were dancing in bikinis music ,I did that . The first thing went to the beach , ugly fat people with there brats you have to be carful do not step on people , that cure me very fast ,dream was over and realty start ! Fallow your dream maybe come through, if it didn’t something else will happen better than you dream of .trust me not in Azerbaijani. Be content with the video!

- I couldn't agree more, and was thinking the same thing. The sounds and sights are a sublime symphony by themselves. Even the smells are real in this nicely edited video. Cooking shows usually revolve around some narcissistic unappealing unentertaining, uninteresting, unappetizing, pretentious, microphone-clutching, camera-hogging blowhard(s). Complete garbage.

Один из немногих каналов, где так умело показывается не только приготовление разных кушаний, а порой и незнакомых блюд, но и также неповторимое единение человека с природой. Делается это очень красиво, аккуратно и ненавязчиво. Очень понравилось новое блюдо, правда нужно время, чтобы мясо получилось, как задумано. Погода немножко подкачала, но тем и интереснее увидеть красоту природы в разное время года. И это ничуть не помешало созданию очередного кулинарного шедевра Таваккулу и, как уже стало доброй традицией, накормить детей.

- Invention of Pastirma/Pastrami/ Pressed (Meat): Central Asian Turks were nomads and traveled great distances. To preserve the meat, they were covering the meat with salt in lather bags/casing. Then, the meat was getting pressed under their legs in the latter casing when riding horses which resulted dry meat.

A model of sustainable way of life. 👏. No plastic , only wood, steel, water from the river and fire. Looks great . Except the butter cooking I would replace with Olive oil . I believe You have plenty in Azerbaijan ? And have you tested with some red wine 🍷 ?

Ölkəmizi belə gözəl təmsil etdiyiniz üçün var olun ❤🙏 I am proud of my countryman. He represents our culture in a fabulous way. I remember when I was a kid I used to spend my summer vacations on the stunning mountains of Azerbaijan. Every time my grandpa cut a sheep he would first ask us to deliver meet to certain families and then cook for ourselves, or we would invite neighbours to join our dinner. This never changed. Even after the war displaced my family to different parts of the country we continued doing the same with the last piece of bread we had. I guess that is the reason why I love sharing my food with anyone no matter who the person is. Thank you for sharing this beauty with the whole world and taking me back to my memories ❤

This level of attention to food is absolutely sobering. My mouth was watering before the meat went into the butter. After that I felt a deep despair at not being able to sample it. Then I felt a deep inner peace. Brilliant video presentation.

It's crazy to think how similar environments are on the same line of latitude. This was filmed 6,000 miles away and yet looks so similar to home. That valley is beautiful.
