  • Its a privileged that we're aloud to experience the tranquil lifestyle of the Azerbaijani mountain chef: He washes the whole organic lamb, prior to casseroling in a terracotta pot over an open fire he's made. The whole process without the need for unnecessary flamboyant commentary, is a joy to behold.

    • I was wondering about the honey thingy. Is it just a slab of pure honey? I think it’s a honey cake/dessert, hence the round shaped baking/serving tray and brown cooking pattern on top. Also looks like finely chopped nuts inside. Maybe baklava?

  • Вот и ещё раз я увидел Шехи. Первый раз я видел и слышал об этом населённом месте.в 1988году в рядах вооружённых сил. Но тогда это был простое село а сейчас это уже районный центр. В армии я служил с одним замечательным человеком который с этих мест. И про Шехинскую халву я тоже слышал от него и даже её пробовал. 💪✌️👌👍🙌👏💯%

    • Валерий, не Шехи,а Шеки И Шеки один из деревнейшей не городов Азербайджана,Шеки некогда не был село . Шеки очень компактный торгово-ремесленной,туристический город.Даже во время СССР в Шеки было сеть Интуриста,1988 году в том числе.Шекинская халва,это НЕЧТО ,вы правы.Вот так, дорогой Валерий, зайдите ВИКИПЕДИИ. БУДЬТЕ !

    • @@ulduz4608 Всё возможно я, что то и перепутал, но Шекинскую халву я всё таки пробовал. Про этот город показывали, как сейчас помню в Клубкинопутишествии. Поэтому я запомнил . Скорей всего городом он был всегда а вот районным центром стал недавно. Ну и это не важно, важно что я и благодаря Вам знаю это место и буду детям говорить, что мой армейский друг с города Шеки который находится в Азербайджане. Всем здоровья и всех благ.

  • You guys need to develop a camp for folks to pay to spend a week or two with all of you in the wilderness and learn to kill, clean, prepare and cool wilderness, survival meals. I would absolutely pay for this for me and my son to travel there and learn your culture of survival and cooking
