    • BTW, this sort of thing, the meat and natural gelatin food, is generally called Aspic ( says Wikipedia). You find lots of places all over the world have it. Check out Uncle Rural and his recipe for pigs ears.

  • Amazing. I’m a Latino in the USA, specifically Southern California and we call this head cheese in English or queso de cabeza in Spanish. We buy it from our local market, it comes in thinly cut slices like ham and we use it to make delicious tortas, which are sandwiches that us Latinos love to eat. Throw in some cheese, lettuce, and jalapeños and you’ve got yourself a perfect cold sandwich for a hot summer day! It’s amazing how we’re on completely different parts of the world, but we enjoy the same food. Thank you for sharing! Your videos are the best 🔥🔥🔥

    • I'm from the UK, we do this with pigs head and trotters and call it "brawn". My Grandmother used to make it and passed the recipe on to us, a proper delicacy.

    • In Italy we do the same, but we use pig instead of cow and we call it "coppa di testa", it literally means "cup of head"

  • Hi. I'm watching your video in South Korea. The food in this video is also in South Korea. It is a food that my grandmother used to cook often when I was young, and it is made using the head of a cow or the head of a pig. In Korea, the name of this food is 'Pyeonyuk'. It's amazing to see people eating the same food as in Korea even in a distant foreign country. As I always feel, your cooking skills seem to be excellent. When you say “super(?)” at the end of the video, your voice is also really cool. Thank you always for the good video.

  • I think it is amazing to see how different cultures can be so much alike in something as simple a food! Not to make this a racial topic, but I'm a black man from the country and back in the day we used this same method a pig head. We call it sow's meat and I think some call it Hog's head cheese. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but it's amazing to think that though we may SEEM world's apart, we're allot closer than we sometimes realize! Much love to all mankind.

    • My ex husband is Sicilian. They make "Coopa Di Testa," or "head cheese," usually made from pig. This appears in cuisines all over the world in one form or another from when people had to make the most of everything they had and let nothing on a food animal go to waste.

Это сальтисон, такт называют отварное мясо со специями. С хреном это объядение. Да и с гранатовым соусом и салатом тоже вкуснотища. Вот и Микки. Спасибо, что даёте ему морковку.   • 잘봤고 환상적이네요 너무 아름다운곳이라 더욱 그렇구요 한국도 머릿고기를 먹는데 조금 다르지만 돼지머리는 이 영상과 같이 조금 압축해서 먹기도 합니다만,소는 압축까지 하지는 않고 불에 끓이신 것과 비슷하게 끓여서 국물도 같이 먹습니다. 물론 양념을 한국식으로 하고 고기도 썰어서 넣고 그리고 밥과함께 말아 먹기도 하구요. 한국에서는 유명한 "소머리 국밥"이라고 합니다 ^^

  • Thank you for sharing your videos with us. The cooking and scenery are amazing, so peaceful there. My parents instilled the love of cooking with me at a very young age, I'm 74 and a semi-retired cowboy in the remotest part of B.C., Canada. Along with the ranch we cater to movies and mining exploration and can have up to a 135 here for supers, it's a blast. Your scenery is so close to mine, the ranch is at 1100 M and we range cows up to 2400 M. All the best to you and yours, Cheers, Billy

You show Respect to Nature and Animals cause almost every part of the animals is used in your recipes. I am sad that the most people in western europe dont behave meat with Respect.     • It is funny and ironic, proudly I am Latin American but most of my typical American counterparts would say something like this is disgusting yes yet we handle and mass produce meat in the most horrendous ways and eat from restaurants where who knows what other terrible things are consumed. Let alone some typical American would rather have McDonalds than this hahahaha and consume all those preservatives and other terrible chemicals...what is truly disgusting is defined by our societal views sadly.
