Hello friends! In this video, we specially built a tandoor for this dish. We fried a huge piece of beef thigh in a tandoor for 7 hours. After that, the meat turned out very soft and juicy. This dish is considered a very expensive delicacy. If you are ever offered to try this dish, be sure to try it, you will not regret it! And as always, cook with us!

  • I have NEVER seen or heard of a chef who puts SO much effort & energy into his ART, because this is what his 'work' is, IT IS A WORK OF ART. Piece of meat too large, NO, I will just build the oven that I need or I'll dig a hole into the side of a hill. 'Whatever it takes I will produce it' is obviously your motto. Your work ethic is unbelievable until you see it in action. I reckon your cameraman must have about the best job in the world with the almost unbelievable scope of the food that he must get to enjoy.
