  • Sou do Brasil do estado de Minas Gerais(o estado que é o amálgama da cultura brasileira) Chega a ser emocionante o modo como esse senhor prepara os alimentos, onde encontro muitas coisas em comum com a cozinha e cultura interiorana brasileira com seus ingredientes(carnes, temperos) que são praticamente os mesmo e modos de se preparar parecidos com a culinária interiorana brasileira. Além da paisagem do Azerbaijão serem muito semelhante as montanhas do Sul de Minas Gerais.

  • Так красиво, аппетитно и душевно все представлено, что очень захотелось присоединиться к трапезе, хотя никогда бараний жир даже не пробовала. И дегустация аппетитна и очень красива. Так же хороша, как и автор этого видео. А погода, снег и капель только добавили свою изюминку в просмотр. Минск, Беларусь

    • Это специальные бараны курдючные и курдюк как ваше сало можно сыром можно вареным со специями делать.Мой дедушка очень такое любил, мы не очень жирное мясо не любим и курдюк тоже, это на любителя.

  • In regions where people adhere to a religion that forbids lard, the best they can do is sheep fat. For this purpose special breeds of sheep are raised that store large amounts of fat in their tails and/or rumps. This fat is considered of much higher quality than that found on other parts of a sheep. This fat is very important for frying and inclusion in recipes in the Middle East, Pakistan and Central Asia.   • Ооо, бараний курдюк варённый - это непередаваемая вкусная вещь... Особенно зимой, с кукурузными галушками (халпама) бульоном и томатно-чесночным соусом. После такой еды самые большие марозы не страшны. Спасибо за вкусный ролик, брат!👍🤝
