  • Folks who have not been to Azerbaijan. Trust me, I’ve eaten lamb in South Asia, Middle East, Mediterranean, EU and US but this lamb in Azerbaijan absolutely is top tier like Japanese beef. So not only it looks good it tastes SUPER as well 👌🏽

    • @@TroutCRAZY yes it’s a special breed. It doesn’t smell like the western one and it feeds on nutritious grass, hence is veryyy tasty and doesn’t need much spices. It’s tasty even without any spices. Try going sometimes to those places and you’ll understand what we mean. ☺️

  • My father had me join him on a business trip to Bursa, Turkey, in 1956 when I was a kid.. On a weekend he and his partners decidid to have a whole lamb cooked over an open fire with codiments at Uludag followed by spending the night in a "hotel" with hot water springs. The lamb was delicious and the whole experience unforgettable in what was like the wilderness in those days. However, we dd not have that great clever used to chop things up.

  • My father (88) is very hard of hearing. I can turn these vids to full volume because you only hear nature sounds and no annoying music. My father comes from the high mountains of Montenegro and is always enthusiastic about the content.
