I guarantee you sooner or later you'll end up in a hospital due to a stroke or heart attack to say the least. Those people don't know anything about nutrition and how their body works, they just eat because it looks and tastes good, then they ask themselves why they can't even get off the bed at 60 y-o

  • All I can say is, WOW!! I learn so much from watching your videos the type of chef and person you are. The way you cooked this meat was "SUPER"!! You calculated the height of the stove, the width, how you wanted the fire to burn in order to cook the meat the way you wanted to.   • My favorite food when I lived in Germany. Doner kebabs were my daily staple from a great Turkish couple. Nothing better for lunch. I love watching when you serve the kids, you are a great person
