  • I am a 41 year old American. I was born in Phoenix, Arizona. I am Mexican&Irish, and as a Kid my Nana & Tata had a Ranch in a tiny little town called Concho,Az. Your videos take me back everytime I see them to that time. We Dad & his Tio would Butcher a Pig or Cow that we were going to eat, and my Nana would make everything from Scratch.Homemade Tortillas, Red Chile, Morcilla, Beans,Rice…. etc. I am currently battling blood cancer, and your videos relax me so much. You live in an absolutely Beautiful place. Heavenly. Keep making amazing videos. 🙏🏻💚

  • I avoid buying kebab from a takeaway because the meat is often left hanging around and reheated. But I would definitely eat this - freshly cooked and juicy. Looks amazing. Thank you.

    • There is probably 150 km of road under the sun from the market to his house. Meat is probably less fresh than anything that europa/america rules can allow to sell. And anyway, that is probably way better, than anyhting you may eat. + you can make sure there's no biological hormones into it. Get off with your hygienics standards. Man is cooking out of stone and fresh mud. And it only make it taste better. And it only make your body get stronger.

  • As a Mexican in Los Angeles who was fortunate enough to go to Mexico every summer break and see my dad and uncles make everything from scratch, just like this, as in making their own grills, pits, slaughtering their own pigs, chickens, and cows, and make food for the entire family to feast on, I can 100% tip my hat off to you, sir!
