The big plates being cut for a welded beam is not cut with laser or plasma. These are flame cut, and that gang of cutters are oxy / acetylene torches. Not what is in your video. The big plates that created the heavy I beam is welded by sub-arc after the tack welds, followed by stitch welds, the sub arc. Cheers
