Work is under way to create the new Fan Centre at Everton Stadium.
The spacious new facility, located in the east corner of the south stand, is undergoing preliminary fit-out, as can be seen in our latest stadium video.

They say it will be ready around New year 2025 but they have like test events and things they need to do so rather than rush it's going to be the start of 25/26 season.
This is a uniquely well designed and crafted stadium, I'd expect construction and architectural awards to follow.

Really jealous of the whole thi g... The design etc. That's from a Red.... It puts the Anfield Road End in the shade.... Ours is a lazy design and the fit and finish is shockingly bad!!!
Your Americans owners were probably shock that their was zero prospects of them being able to throw a tantrum an the taxpayers building them one, like what happen in the US, throw a tantrum, threaten to leave the city and the local politicans get out their purse and buy you a brand new stadium. It probably why there so little work done on the Emirate or even prep work in the local area to aid any future planning application for expansion.

When we win against Forest and Luton we won't have to play in the championship in it for a season.

I'm surprised they didn't wait until Monday after the Forest game to release this. They love to release these updates after a debacle, to try to gloss over the shower of s4it3 we have playing for us.

it will host the first game in the start of the 25/26 season but it will be finished towards the end of this year

Best thing about the design is that the pitch won’t be miles away from the seating,it will be close up to the fans which is surely the most important thing when it comes to Atmosphere of a true sports arena.
