For the fruit candies, you’re supposed to have a glass of ice water right beside you. so that you can dip the fruit into the heated candy and then directly into the iced water. That way it hardens onto the candy instead of just slipping away. I don’t know how you haven’t watched everyone making tanghulu on TikTok. It’s the same concept.

They have stuff on top them, much like the cakes, candy, and other things in the shakes you had. Candied fruit, it’s so fun to make and eat 😂 I have a few recipes from a book series if anyone wants them. Also, a macaron is the flat cookie, a macaroon is a swirly coconut treat, actually really good.
