Oct 2023. Thanks for this excellent video. Perfect with each area. Great memories seen for me as I did it in 1966 on a Li 150 in the U.K. It took me 3 weekends of stress waiting for parts & keeping patient with every move plus not very good at the end. As the video shows its quite complex for a newcomer as I was back then. Thanks, much enjoyed.
thanks for your support. it’s nice to know someone which have the same passion 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Excellent workmanship. It brought back happy memories of my doing the same thing back in the 60s on my 1959 Li150 series 2. Thank you for posting this super video. You made an old Mod very happy 😊
You are an artist my friend! 50yrs ago I had a Lambretta series 1 scooter which I had to do a lot of work on….and you made all this look so easy! Great video👍😎🇦🇺🇬🇧🙏
swwwaw
Scooters and life. Both were simple back then....
After a zillion times of building this type motor you are a master, minus you own all the special tools needed. Great job
Thank you brother
You do great work, would you recommend the Vespa p200 for a master 🇺🇸 mechanic?
I’ve never seen inside a Lambretta engine before, interesting to see how different they are to other two strokes 👍🏻
What a great video 👍 thanks for reviving the forgotten two-wheeler tech of Old.🤩
Hello, excellent friend 👌💪, I restored one like this for 20 years, engine and paint, I am a restorer and I liked your work and that you have the correct tools, I made the clutch one for That occasion and I never used it again😅Greetings from Argentina
nice to hear that from you. glad to have a friend from all over the globe. add me up at facebook may be we could share a lot of lambretta experience together. my facebook: najib mohd zin

Enjoyed that .... 👍👍 ? Crank case upper chain guide mod ....??? Why??? 😅🤣great jig
Wow you had me going with the twisted wire on the piston....I thought it might be a cylinder IUD birth control item. Great job and congratulations on actually replacing worn or bad parts. 1st class job.
it’s a soldering wire lead 😁 thanks for compliment!!
@@berukera whats the use of putting a solder wire
to check the squish clearance

Bravo sei stato velocissimo complimenti ed hai dimostrato molta professionalità. In appunto ,potevi aggiungere i valori della coppia di serraggio dei vari dadi.
Great work 👍👌
Not a easy job rebuilding a '63 engine all alone. It was interesting to watch.
great job! keep up the good work.
Fantastic job, I really enjoyed watching your skillful work.
thanks brother ❤️

Always admired Lambretta engineering. ( I had a Triumph Tigress scooter, 250cc twin four stroke, different thing entirely!)

This takes me back - bloody flywheel woodruff keys, they were the bain of my life

that Gear selector looks pretty beat up! I liked the clutch spring retaining plate and the snazzy chain tensioner! I used ti work at the old WCLW.
hey man, good to hear that. i used to refer on wclw in my early lambretta days back in 2000! they still have lambretta.net page?
@@berukera I worked for Vince at the shop until he sold to present owner, I have had nothing to do with the present owner (if he's still around) one of our old customers has a lambretta museum in L.A.
Excellent n good workmanship. Quite knowledgeable. I had 1964 model * Lambretta Li 150 * having * Delerto * make carburettor. It was my first bike.
thanks! yeah me too, ny first bike as well 😁
@@berukera I had driven the scooter till 1992. Initially the Jet in Carburettor was 78 which I slowly replaced to 72 myself ; n achieved the mileage upto 35 - 38 kms./litre.
Nice job 👍
Good video, I need information on the limits of the TDC and BDC of the Lambreta transfer port hole piston? Please, my microphone is not right with the hole
2싸이클 엔진이 구조가 독특하네요 영상 잘봣읍니다

Two strokes..! Awesome.. million thanks for sharing..
thanks for your support 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Parabéns pelo vídeo, ótimo trabalho ⚒
thank you my friend!!
Nice restoration
thanks bro!
Great Video but that engine had been taken apart so many times that the layshaft did not need drifting from the rear bearing. It would be good of all lambretta engines dismantled so easily.
So satisfying to watch👍
thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Good job buddy. 👏🏽 👏🏽👏🏽👍🏾❤
Nice video
suara mesin sangat halus 👍

Fantastico bel video...
Thank you for your compliment!! Hope you are doing well with your upcoming restoration. You can get those new parts from SIP Scootershop online - SIP Scooter Center Germany www.sip-scootershop.com/
Nice Job well done.
thanks ❤️
Superb!!
Congratulations for your work. It looks great! What clutch did you adapt on this engine? It looks like a Honda motorcycle clutch. If you can help me, I would like to adapt this clutch to my Lambretta as well. Thank you for your attention.

Good job I am li150 owner and mechanic for all two wheeler
ahh it’s so nice to have a compliment from a mechanic!! thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Nice tech video, only I have the comment when you wash the various parts with a product, it is best to catch the dirty back and not just let it penetrate into the soil.
thanks for your concern! will improve that next time 🙏🏼🙏🏼 thanks again
Luar biasa, saya menyukainya
How do you do that? Masha'Allah 💖
I remembered my old father
Good job 👏👍
Thank you! 😃
awesome restoration.
Very good
I am suprised that one can get new parts for a 59-year-old scooter. Nice job. I would have taken the time to polish the case. But that's just me.
Lambrettas and Vespas have such a worldwide popularity ,you can get almost every part for them, within days. Companies specialize in vintage lambretta parts and to this day are improving and redesigning parts to a modern advanced standard.
