All the stuff you show look great, but for some, it's not affordable. That Kiki milk you showed was almost 10 bucks! The protein powders sound delicious but 55 bucks a bag. It's just not doable financially :(
If that's not affordable u need a better job it's 2023 health is wealth no matter the price.

Denver D that doesn’t work to say. But I’d say if you do the math and the quality compared to other foods, you will find out some of the foods are affordable. Like supermarket eggs versus Vital Farms eggs. Or Raw Milk or low pasteurized milk versus nut milks that have seed oils and sugar - where the former has higher vitamins and minerals and good for the gut.
@TonyMoze I eat pasture raised organic eggs and nothing else I also take "seed" probiotic, a multi vitamin, organic bone broth and apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach before my workout everyday.

I learned a lot from Bobbie especially during COVId. I don’t buy all of the items he promotes. I make my own coconut milk. The Kiki milk is good, but expensive if you use nut milk daily. That is when I started making my own coconut milk

I'm in love with Cosmic Bliss coconut ice creams! They make the only ice cream and one of only like 4 total "treats" I am able to eat with my health problems, allergies and digestive problems. Expensive, but it's a special treat and I don't make it an all the time thing.

$9.29 for two pints of that nut milk!? That makes your bowl of cereal seriously expensive Bobby I'm not sure we're living in the same world anymore.
You have to just find a balance. I try to buy as clean as my budget affords with a family. I believe he only has one toddler and he and his wife, so their budget for groceries wouldn't be as large as a family of 4 or more..with teens. With the current biden-inflation, it's tough to get the most bang for your buck anywhere. :/

Kiki milk is so fricken good. For beer Michelob Ultra Organic Seltzer is the way to go. I think 80% Bobby Approved stuff is an ideal ratio. The body still needs some “sludge” I call it to keep the immune system humming

Hey Bobby in a previous video you mentioned Rao's Homemade Marinara and I was wondering what you think about Newman's Own? They have a "organic" sauce line now. My all time favorite spaghetti sauce is their "Sockarooni" sauce and let me tell you it's the best. But I compared the two and it looks like Newman's Own edges it out? The best part is Newman's Own donates 100% profits to help kids. Oh I forgot to mention I just got my first Costco membership today and I'm getting together a list of your recommended foods and I downloaded the Bobby Approved app 👍. Your awesome man.

I don't know where you get the "anti-dairy" thing. He uses Irish butter, ghee, and parmesan cheese all the time.

Try the cold-brew coffee with carbonated water. I use a soda stream. Add some monk fruit drops. It kind of tastes like CocaCola. Brew with normal water, but make it concentrated. Then add the carbonated water when you're ready to drink.

This is ALL that is in my Freezer (not frig- frig is low too) : Pita bread and Whole grain with prebiotic bread, Shrimp Burgers, Frozen sausage/chicken, 6 bags of vegetables (from a dollar type store), AND 1 bag of Wild blueberries - with 1 ingredient: Wild blueberries. Man- I need some Ice Cream (for this heat) now excuse me while I clip some electronic coupons for the grocery store.
