In high school, there was a kid who would just go up to people in the lounge and start cutting them down. He'd bring them up to the point where they were ready to kick his ass, then he'd tone it down. Then he'd just ramp it right back up. Everyone around would just be laughing their asses off. He was an ugly dude with a great comedic face, probably the funniest guy I've ever met in person.
