Pakistan, thought so ..... these people are one of the hardest working people on the planet
Please give your workers protection from hearing damage, eye protection and silica dust masks. Even though it may not be a law, let them have a future of good health.
These guys are very hard working without proper safety equipment doing their job like automatic machine good skill Sam India
It's great when the floor of the house is made of natural stone, it makes the house comfortable.....success for "Restoration ....."......Pekalongan, Central Java, Indonesia is here
my family appreciate how brilliant people had set up this idea of providing job to people by coming up with a quality product from hard big stones
It appears lots of human muscular energy + talent is required! The very best of luck to you and thanks for sharing.

No God will help them, if there is God, why Iraqi people are suffering, a rich land, rich oil, good culture, plenty of water ( yufratees and Tigris ). One of rhe reason is your religion. And politics
Good work ❤❤❤❤❤
Beautiful marble
Can somebody invest Face Mask for these hard-working men, the fume and dust will destroy your lungs later in life.
That looks like Granite. These are some skilled people.
Anyone know if lapping is normally done over wet carpet or if it requires a solid surface. Not being rude, I just wonder if anyone thinks it would have too much give, and not allow the grinder (lapper?) to be as effective.
Wow, thank you for this video. I really appreciate seeing how marbles are brought out of huge rocks. Wowww thank you guy's ❤❤❤

Wow..amazing work
Pity on workers they swello lot of dust when they cut stone on first stage. They should have wear the safety masks. Surely they all skilled n talented boys. Keep your self safe boys.
Your work is so interesting
Left over part in the bottom should not be broken and thrown away. It is nice for parking lot tiles, due to uniform roughness.
They are used to decorate floor Here in PakistanThankyou
@@muhammadkhurshedalam3928. I am an amateur stonemason for my own use around my home. I’m sure there is no waste at this factory. Even the smaller prices put aside could be used for decorative, if not rustic, inlay in garden paths, concrete floors, so many uses. Greetings from Canada.
Somehow I don't tink effeciency is their main concern.
@@kevinh5349 It is. In Pakistan 🇵🇰 every piece will be used. We recycle everything.
@@kevinh5349 Nothing is left to be wasted in pakistan. Everything is being recycled. You need to inform yourself to not get embarrassed.
🤴🏿 thats Making Money 🥰😇✌🏿
Besides the fact that these guys are very good. There is no safety protocol in place. Sandals in any area of the company is crazy.
There is no OSHA there. LOL

amazing process !
No power of any speech . " Amazing "
What a difficult job, let the workers long live 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
The bottom block can be turned vertically and sliced again. No?
Excellent job 👍
really great. Industry has changed the world.and I see just wondering
Let the hard working personals to work under safety measures 🙏🏻🙏🏻
This is note marble, this is Granito!
Granite is very hard. This seems soft to me
Wow..sangat menabjubkan..❤💯💫👍👍👍🙏..
Sssttt... pekalongan nyimak
Amazing very good, good lucky
Amazing. From Kerala India.
Workers in espantrillas, without helmets nor working gloves nor protective eye-glasses, operate heavy industrial equipment and huge rocks in order to put food on their family's table....I don' t know if I am mad or sad.
wow, great workshop
Notice how much protection these guys use to keep from breathing in the rock dust?
There's no protection ...
@@rajivroy8070 duh
Very nice. Good work.
interesting stuff. Would it cost too much for the workers to get dust masks? They're probably going to have lung issues later in life. On a side note it's always the case that people using grinders in an industrial setting always take the guard off. Much better to see what's being cut that way.
With mostly wet cuttings, you don't need dust mask, except for the guy with the 8" blade. How about jeans and working shoes?
Brother, This is very nice video.
Trabalho maravilhosamente realizado.
This is Pakistan 🇵🇰 🇵🇰 🇵🇰
They are processing polished granite slabs, not marble.

Great job. The work is not easy.
"SKILL POWER IS THE DEVELOPMENT OF ALL SIDES"Thanks to Technicians
Use masks. Silica is widespread in various rocks, including granite, marble, sandstone and especially quartz, but engineered countertops made from tiny bits of quartz mixed into a resin have about 90% silica, so counter cutters working with engineered stone are at highest risk of all counter materials.
Are you talking about the workmen (counter cutters ) risking what ?
Simple 3rd world economics: Safety equipment costs money, workers can be replaced for free...
Dead men walking
This is not marble, its granite much harder and better than marble
i love video.
HEART OF STONE At Law schools students learn pragmatism, and so much more when they become defence solicitors, and the words of the accused are prioritised. Of course the same applies to science and even Politics which hidden under such a cover. So, it should not be surprising that to mention feelings or the heart, as in the Voice, causes a strong reaction because such feelings are more and more absent in social life, to the point of being 'mishandled' in intimate relationships. The difference between charity and win-win situations is important on that aspect and not fully shared. It should be appreciated that radical actions cause reactions in the opposite direction, but when conditioning is not about 'non partisan' introspection, confusion follows: Awareness requires distancing from logistics that leave no space for feelings, or generate confusion. Can we really talk about Conspiracy when the main influent actors, in trying to get through dysfunctional Politics, do not know themselves the Philosophical contents and incidences of their actions? When the opposition becomes fully aware of the extend of the existing damage, and potential disaster, it becomes hard to react because conditioning has been affecting everyone AND it has become impossible to call a duck a duck, because we have learned as well to only discuss what we know. If short cuts can be expressed to express a lack, and it can be felt, to make full use of self-realisation or actualisation is a long term commitment. Self help has been available but kept at the back of bookstores, and used mainly in association with crisis when a daily lifestyle associated with all kinds of Philosophies being made accessible helps!
Are you sue you posted this in the correct video?
@@johnmartlew When not at the right place at the right moment, this becomes a question mark rather than an answer: we need both!

How much the machine cost?
How do they make money with such a labour, energy and machinery intensive process??? Not to mention acquiring the boulder itself...
Labour is cheap in Pakistan
Good old traditional way of doing things - no need safety boots or googles etc
good job
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Wonderful
💕
in my line of work, i use steel lines and slings like the one used in this video. all the kinks and curls in the steel line used to hoist the boulder and the frayed strands and spurs make for a dangerous situation. the integrity of that steel line is compromised and these guys are standing all around it. i realize that some countries do not have osha and safety protocols but this is a disaster waiting to happen and that would be a shame because these guys are amazing workers.
No need investing in safety. Probably most of these workers are being killed in less than one year. When it happens, it's Allah's will and luckily endless queues of new workers are available.
Does anyone know any Good granite extractors in Pakistan
espectacular
I gotta believe there would be a number of uses for all those "scraps".
What is the material used for furnishing the stone surface?
Except one or two people none is safety conscious. Not a good way to work in this dangerous situation.
Amazing

It's hard work
Good job. Why not export to India?
marble nahi granite wo bhi without dressing blocks hain
Can someone explain what happens to the leftover broken and discarded marble stones and pieces. Is it used for something else or just thrown out.
it is made into more small pices like gravel chips and then used on roof tops layers and then buffed to give a uniform dotted texture. Also used in pathways etc
And of course all safety regulations for the employees have been made...Safety shoes, helmet and so on, and not forgetting the material they work with. ....And there may be some irony here ;-)
Good job brothers.what kind of big stone your using??Can u invest in my. Country??
Wow where is their PPE? Highly skilled professionals they MAY be, but probably short lifespans!
I think this is granite
_Thank you!_ _Very interesting and informative!_
Super
Wow!😮
