When interviewed he said, I couldn't walk for two weeks after fighting this guy and was asked whether there should be a rematch and he said no. On the scorecard ike was leading until the 12th round Dela hoya realised that something must be done. That's why he fought his life in the last round which eventually changed the results. • Yes, Oscar, was the real thing. In some ways a throw back. Some comments on here infer he avoided some? My memory is that he fought so many, top level fighters and he always came to fight! When he lost he accepted it and was humble. I’m glad he has developed into a top promoter. One guy here, commented about women’s cloths? Who gives a flying xxxk? Let’s stick a camera on every aspect of your life son and see what we find! Oscar was a great competitor, great boxer. Always good to watch.
