Alongside a bustling German thoroughfare rests a decrepit little house that was once the dwelling of Mr. Walter. Despite living alone, Walter was a social butterfly and shared his heart with a lover named Mischa.
Within the house, photographs echo with Walter's vibrant spirit, capturing moments of exuberance and a life fully embraced. However, the enigma surrounding his abrupt departure at the cusp of the millennium remains unsolved.

  • Hey dear Maureno, from fabulous team Explomo, I enjoyed watching your video in that abandoned house in Germany. It's quite a small but cozy looking location. - I was again touched by your beautifully formulated introduction, capturing as well the background story of Mr. Walter with his Partner Micha. - In the living room I found that mix of old vintage items, like that old radio and newer items very remarkable. By the way my own father used to have a similar photocamera, like the one, you showed, when he was young in the 1950-ies. - Haha.. I wouldn't call these pot-lamps with the curled cables primitive. After my opinion they show a surprising creativity. The forner owner was maybe once back in his active days a rock -or popmusician. Who knows? - The living room had a legit timecapsule vibe, because everything remained exactly the way it was left behind! It's so good, that also no vandals have found their way into this house! Some of these photos were really touching to see. Walter seemed to have been quite an attractive man in his youth as it shows from the photos. - That huge Adler sewing machine, which might be used to sew leather items, was also impressive to see. Were you doing this explore without Remon? - However a very well made urban exploration in that location, which was a pleasure to watch! You belong after my opinion to the very best explorers I am watching on a regular base. Respect, bro! Wishing you also a very blessed Advent, peace and kindest regards from Switzerland.

  • Very cool place. I think Walter was a bit of a artist creating those lights. And possibly those extra small bedrooms were for his friends to crash. Could that large sewing machine be for leather goods🤷🏼‍♀️ ✌️😘

  • That summer festival poster from 1998 is from a Portuguese summer festival in Alentejo, its named after the Village of Zambujeira do mar, that letter that you read in English also refers to Zambujeira, that festival still exists today, the music however is much different, back then was mainly indy rock, hence the band names like Portishead...I actually went to that same festival in the year 2000. Good times.

  • Hola chicos 😊 muchas gracias por llevarnos a una nueva exploración. No importa si es un palacio o una casa, grande o pequeña siempre es emocionante conocer estos lugares e imaginar como eran sus propietarios. Pienso que el señor Walter era viudo o divorciado, creo que de joven fue un hippie y de espíritu libre, fumaba marihuana, disfrutaba la música, tal vez rockero 😅 Se ve solo ropa masculina, pero la casa tiene detalles femeninos como las cortinas tejidas a crochet y paños de cocina bordados. Mis favoritos la estufa, la cámara fotográfica, las fotografías antiguas como la de la boda y el álbum de fotografías. Los artículos electrónicos y electrodomésticos parecen ser de los 80. Las luces en el techo del salón tal vez era para darle aspecto de discoteca 😂 La máquina de coser Adler parece ser las que usan en la fabricación de calzado. El sótano era como una película de terror 😢 como para echar a volar la imaginación. 🕷🕸🪳🦇🦇 Maureno y Remon les mando saludos muy cariñosos. Cuídense mucho y nos vemos en la próxima aventura. ❤🥰👏👍🙋‍♀️

  • Looks like maybe walter inherited the place from grandparents or something given the mix of old folks type decor and furnishings and his pictures and bong and all lol. Those homemade lighting fixtures were so bizarre, ive never seen anything like that. Even that coiled wire was unusual. Anyway i hope he's still alive and well somewhere.

  • Hi again, I often hear you say you look in trunks hoping to find gold. I know you are only joking and the odds are nil but seeing as you are in Europe have you ever thought of looking for WWII artifacts. There are Russians and Germans currently aggressively looking for things and they quite often find things worth money, things museums would love to have etc. There are still so many places to look. Farmers will often allow you to search if you share any treasure and battlefield plans are widely available. The treasures I have been watching them unearth just in the last year are unbelievable. Just a thought cause although I enjoy watching your videos there are so many ppl doing it now. Food for thought. I live in Canada and am not able to travel or I would be out there.

  • the first postcard is from his "lover " she write that he ist her dreamboy and will fight for him and this was her last will. I'm pretty sure that this was his parents house, witch passed away. That will explain all those pictures and children toy's. It,so typical German to have such small bedrooms for guests

  • I think Walter grew up in the family haus where his mother made and stored those food jars left in the keller. He would not have. They died and he was a guy who like to party and get stoned and drunk and play music recordings. Hippie type. He had a couple attic beds for party goers who were smashed to sleep on. He was a ladies man and had the mirror over the bed for both being able to look at themselves having sex...that is done a lot. The weird lighting system using two wires strung along the ceiling with 12 volt lamps attachable anywhere along the line with negative and positive wires using a transformer was popular in Germany last millenia. I think he may have inherited some money and bought that Mercedes Camper van to travel around in 2000. I fear he may have been killed, disposed of and the van stolen by criminals he encountered in a more dangerous country than Germany! I think he never came back from going on some tour ..maybe with a girlfriend who was abducted or done in too. That is my feeling. Too bad no looking for kitchen food expiration dates!!!
