How to Build Wealth Strategically? w/ Neha Nagar - • Weird Scams That Can E...
How does the brain work? What is neuroscience? What are neural pathways? How has our brain and neuroscience evolved over time? how does our brain impact our behaviour and emotions? Why do we feel certain emotions more than the others? What is the neurology behind control, risk and fear? Why we do what we do? Dr. Sid Warrier @Sidwarrier explains all of these questions and more on this episode of #TheJourneyWithinPodcast by Shobha Rana @ShobhaOnStage.
A large part of human evolution and your decision making depends on the fact that your brain loves risk. Neuroscience explained this theory in the recent years. In this episode we decode neuroscience and neurology behind fear, love, control, anger, behaviour and habit. It also emphasis on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for anger issues and other emotional irregularities. This episode discusses emotional regulation, crossover between neurology and psychology along with philosophy and spirituality. • @@dinazaman7418 very vaid point. valuing criticism and feedback is important for our growth. And it takes a lot of courage to “listen” and adapt. However, believing in every piece of criticism is also a sign of low self-esteem. That’s why emotional regulation & the journey within is so important 🙏

  • I’m someone who learned Vedic sciences and Upanishads in early age of my life and been in inquiry of correlating the ancient applied science to today’s society and industrial/ corporate life for more than 25 years. Shifting the paradigm from knowing to action needs support and as rightly said in this session teaching these techniques and tools to live a fulfilling life at school level would really work. Best way to start is parents and teachers come together to alter their pattern and conditions, such that next generation is living a great life hereafter

I work in an environment where every single person is feeling uncontrollable stress. In fact in our organisation it is believed that threats increases productivity and a good person who talks with respect with others can't become a boss.
