Please tell me I'm not alone in this thought. Ever since I started listening to synthwave, chillwave, dreamwave.. I feel a strange, but welcoming sense of calm. It's hard to explain. My coworkers, friends and family have said I seem more calm and relaxed. I'm not quick to anger anymore. I'm also having a hard time relating to people lately unless we talk about life, the universe, evolving... I have so much more to write and describe but I just can't put it into words. All I know is my anxiety and depression has lifted and I'm very inspired lately too. Anyone else feel like this?

Now its nothing but nostalgia. Thanks for getting me through my exams. Efence-Spaceflight is the one soundtrack that kept this on repeat for me.

The 80's wasn't THAT mind blowing.The music coming out of England was great. No web, no KZhead, no Twitter, no cell phones, no real computers in anyone's price range, if you even said you listened to New Wave music football players would try to beat you up, We all thought the future was going to be like 1984 big brother or we would be blown up by nuclear war, The world was really conservative and not everyone wandered around in neon glasses and leg warmers. You actually had to write a check from a bank which sucked, Now the good part was the music changed for the better and people weren't glued to their cell phone. People said hello by voice not text. You didn't have to be politically correct on everything. We weren't wimps and they had hair spray that was like super glue which was cool. I expect your generation to do great things as well and look back with fond memories.
