  • I like how you fix cars on a budget but you still do it right. We don't all have a tall bank account so you make do with what you got with a conscious.

  • I installed my radio/CD player in the center AC vent, and mounted the gauges in stock radio location. When I purchased the car, AC was miss in action and radio mounting material was trashed, thus the decision to switch holes, so to speak.

  • I got my new carpet from them too. A lot have been complaining bout it, like it’s supposed to properly fit right away. I don’t comment on there videos bcuz there’s to many but I got one for my Lincoln and I trimmed it down and it fits perfectly.. idk if it’s bcuz of years of doing inside and outside work on cars for years or… but you can tell those people really don’t work on cars like me or you.. but anyways seen your video on the dash cover pretty clean work I actually stripped mine and basically did the same thing u did but with new foam layer…the only other difference is I used staples and heat to mold it and stretched it better to fit.. but your way is more cheaper and it looks just as good I guess it’s more of a preference…. Good job though bro you just got a new subscriber here.. I like watching others do what they like to do and in the process you could literally be helping hundreds of people. I was told maybe I should do videos too especially since I build many different things , fix many things especially electronic things and I like working on cars a lot; but it’s not in me to do it , so God bless people like you that make the time to do all these videos much respect ✊🏾…

  • Coming together nicely. Don't feel bad about the 40 degrees, we have an arctic cold front coming and is going to drop the temp to -40C which I believe is where they intersect so -40F and with the wind chill it will be -50 oooooheeeeee. You know I won't be fixing any cars for a while.

  • That 1972 Nova is starting to look spectacular, as to the lever that you have to get or fix, doesn*t the 1968 Nova have that control or, the Chevelle parts car, maybe you could somehow, get the lever or fix the one from the 1972 Nova.

  • If you still want that style I have one I never installed on my 1975 Monza its in excellent out of the box shape ( well let me lays eyes on it I kept it in my closet to keep it from deteriorating from ALABAMA humidity ) but I don't have the attachment adaptor and the horn button because I was going to cast a plastic one with the spyder cast in the center!! I'm looking for some other style of wheel !! Just send me an email with your address I'll reply with a pic and I'll send it to you ( at your expense : less than 20 im sure) and it will be great seeing the new wheel on with the DASH LATER Eric

    • Thanks but I really need the horn kit and I can't seem to find a new one so I might have to buy a whole new set with the steering wheel....or use a factory one I have from a Chevelle.

    • @@clunkersandclassics I tried sending you pictures you've got the horn kit and the installation kit granted you might have to straighten and strengthen the hardware and I don't think a horn kit is that much I looked up a whole setup for the Grant CHALLENGER GT on eBay it was 97 dollars I'm saying you can have mine for shipping that's it and you have a CHALLENGER GT its a bit rusty granted but the hardware should transfer over !! If you want to get pics you'll have to ask for them off KZhead on your regular email coz I just got it back undelivered If you don't then I'll put it up on eBay thanks !! Eric

    • @@clunkersandclassics I think I have the horn button its black with Gold GT in center I don't know what is what coz I got it when I was 20 years old and I didn't know you had to buy the installation kit So I kept it!! It seemed like a fake button coz it has clear plastic on it and I went to eBay and found one Similar for 8 bucks so I'm guessing its all there except the turn signal cam and spring which you provide from stock Anyway, I'll just sell it on eBay and make some money coz I saw one looked just like mine but Black spokes with the allen socket screws all rusty going for 40 bucks SMH mine are not rusty at all people inflate prices on previously owned guess I'll say mine is NOS I'm going to look for some AR 39's like you have on the Disco Nova if I can't find me a sdt of KEYSTONE KLASSICS !!! I think you should go back to 55 minute videos I like your content especially when you show some of the process I mean we know how to do brakes and universal joints but Sometimes when things go wrong we can see the Problem solving process that way too !! Great job on the dash !!
