What Volk is doing it's absolutely crazy. First of all he's fighting a beast in Islam Makachev, but going up a weight class and going straight for the best guy in the division it's insane. Anyone who trains a bit knows how hard is to bulk up that quick and trying to keep the same level of fitness and specially endurance at the same time. Go Volk! You already made us proud!

I'm concerned that all the bulking up is going to affect Alex's cardio and make you tired after 1 round or 2 as well as affect the speed which is one of his biggest advantages in most of your fights. I hope you're able to maintain both but I'm not sure
