Can we please acknowledge the class and grace of The Champ, The Great Alex Volkanovski - allowing his future opponents, Josh Emmett, and Yair Rodriguez, even Logan Paul and KSI to carry his belt, he even told Josh “this is so you can know what you’re fighting for” and then went to look for Yair to, I assume, offer the same gesture - that is true class.
Reminds me of when Amanda Nunes did the same to Felicia Spencer after their fight, but doing it before the fight is just NEXT LEVEL mentality and mindset. Chapeau!

Alexander Volkanovski got robbed, even when Islam Makhachev got control on the ground, Alexander Volkanovski got far more telling blows in during the control time, Islam Makhachev virtually did NOTHING during the time he got control except to hold on for dear life trying to run the clock out. Furthermore, the end result, Islam Makhachev's face is proof that he got his ass kicked just like Nate Diaz said, and when you look at Alexander Volkanovski's face, it looks like he wasn't even in a fight, he came out totally unscathed because Islam Makhachev didn't do any damage to Alexander Volkanovski. This decision was bullshit!

I really didn't know that much of Alex "the great" Volkanovski character that much before tonight. Perhaps, my true interest in MMA is a rookie lol although, tonight it became clear to me that I am pretty much getting in love with the brutal sport lol because never would I even think about paying for PPV before although I could easily afford but now I couldn't even wait to pay for it and enjoy it..... Anyways, the man is a true champion with an incredible character sportsmanship and very humble down to earth. Just an amazing man.
