Volk if you are reading this, I think you need to also train with Gilbert Burns team. Looking at the fight with khamzat, he does pretty exceptionally well considering the conditioning training that I saw was off the roof! Love from Malaysia ❤ Let's go Volk and Islam!!! May the best man win!

he did well against khamzat because khamzat was scared to go on ground with gilbert which in volk's case won't happen. islam knows his only chance to finish alex is on ground while gilbert is world champion jiujitsu guy who have never been submitted throughout his career.
@@realestmma6890 for real tho, the hammer fist from the back by gilbert put a shock on khamzat face 🤣 he got stung and kicked across the mat! 🤣 Volk must follow gilbert's strategy when he got pinned down by Islam to stand a chance. But Charles also did quite a similar thing to Islam by kicking his chin, caught him off guard a bit. Whatever it is, just go crazyyy volk! 🤣
@@mhdhazwan I don't think Charle's fight tells anything about islam. Volk will surely be trying to get up using his short legs instead of trying to give islam damage on the ground.

Alex has really grown on me for real. Such a class act and he’s dedicated to his craft. Every fight he looks better and better, even if he loses, he’ll come back more hungry and learn so much from it, I believe.

The moving your head off centre off a kick is something I often forget to do, it's good to be reminded of these fundamental things. Also the blinding jab fake is a great tip and make things unpredictable

Never really lost the fight and fought 2 generations of fighters. Volk is amazing, beat every champ at 145 and contenders, but I don't know about GOAT. He has more work ahead of him.

This is absolutely scary. What Volk did to Korean Zombie was amazing. Also incredibly shocking, where I felt worried about Zombie's health and well-being. Finally volky is learning to grapple a little defensive grappling. Seriously it's to late to be learning all of these jujitsu, wrestling, take downs Tai boxing.
