I like how every 5 seconds he’s in a new gym with different clothes
More like 2 secs. Crazy pace in this video.
thanks for watching! haha
There's a MMAShredded installed at every gym lol
He’s the Superman of MMA 😂
That gives an idea of how experienced is this guy
2:27 "You want to not only mix it up to confuse your component, but you want to adapt to how your opponent is reacting and follow up with the most appropriate attack." Love this, huge knowledge bomb right there for me as a beginner in Muay Thai/kickboxing.
thanks man!
This is absolute gold! Even for the techniques I already knew, you showed me a couple tweaks and twists to make them even better. Thanks for all the great content, Jeff!
awesome :) glad to hear!!
Yepp and when your not sparring and put some extra power energy into the kicks .then it’s see you again tomorrow time 😂. Great timing on your foot sweeps as well 🙏🏼
I hereby confirm, that the *double step low kick* is now officially a "Jeff Chan Move". Thank you very much for inspiring us all over the world!
hehehe :)
0:43 That foot sweep into the head kick was silk. Loved the organized layout and quality footage; as your MMA skills continue to grow so do your video skills! Well done as always
thank you!!!
isnt that a socker kick in mma rules? genuinely asking im a noob
@@myname-mz3lo still cool even it it was (i don't know aswell)
You are seriously so great not at just fighting but teaching and sharing your combos ! I appreciate you big time !
thank you brother!!
he literally uses none of these techniques in his real fights LOOOOL
Lol teddy
@@Josh-dv5sc dudes peddling gym warrior techniques used on fitness students that he doesnt even use in real fights. its hilarious.
Love those setups! Especially the same side low punch and high kick! 🔥🔥🔥
thanks sifu Nate!
Thank you Jeff for teaching and explaining these badass combos!!💯🥊🔥🙏🏻 I've been learning Kickboxing and Muay Thai for exactly 1 year and I absolutely love it!!! ❤️🔥 Thank you for all the incredible content you make! Sooo helpful and even hilarious at times too!❣️😁😉🙏🏻
thanks for watching!! :)
Great video, Jeff! Super nice explanations of great combos here! And super helpful to see so many examples of them in sparring!
thank you!!!!
100% technical and I 100% love it. I appreciate that you assume that we have prior knowledge and you don't do any hand holding.
thanks man!
I simply love how dynamic your style is
thank you!!
Jeff is his own super smash brother, throwing all these combos. It’s a beautiful thing to watch!
:)
You’re the man! grateful for your content and extremely proud of your consistency and growth, wish you forever the best 🙏🏼
thank you man!!!
thanks very much for this! watched it before heading out to train this Saturday morning and tried some of these in sparring. was very successful now back home taking care of the body, just a little bruising but nothing to worry about. I have to put more work into recovery these days but it's still great!
thanks for watching!!
So clear, so many examples, perfect highlights. Even for a beginner you make it understandable. Thanks for that!
thank you for watching!
I was bone bruised just from watching this video. Excellent Muay Thai demonstration from Mr. Chan as always. This is encouraging me to restart Muay Thai myself. I once studied Muay Thai at Linxx Academy of Martial Arts and Hybrid Academy of Martial Arts. Actually, I had the honor of meeting Mr. Brandon Vera of One Championship at one of them. To keep up with a guy like Mr. Chan, you have to do Muay Thai every day and eat your Wheaties!
thank you brother and I hope you get back into Muay Thai!! cheers!
As I watched all of those I was lie "Damn, I love and use a lot of those or a similar variation". Just shows how long I have been watching you and how much my striking is influenced by you. Thank you Jeff!
:) awesome!!
Merci beaucoup jeff 🙏
no prob!
Epic video - I was waiting to see something super practical like this 🥊🔥 it is astonishing how you lead opponent's attention certain places to open doors for your follow up attacks. And of course one can condition and program opponent to expect certain combinations and then change. Martial arts are really like brainy chess... thanks 💪
:) thanks for watching!
Love sweeps. Always practice them front and rear leg. Underrated sparring technique And awesome in a street situation. Used it successfully to essentially end an altercation.
cheers!
Thank you very much brother, this is so good for the beginners like me
Cool video, I've been using some techniques from your older videos and they've definitely improved my sparring!
:))
Thank you for sharing!
thanks for watching!
Excelent video ! Moreee
thank you!!
You're a tempered weapon Jeff. Forgiving and using volume control to stay playful or, turn up the heat and bust some egos. Respect to your intelligence, range, and Zen like demeanor bro. 👊😎
thank you Eric :)
I just wanted to add that out trapping the trapper with skill and humility was very cool. This shows that your timing, sensitivity, and range management can switch from striking to trapping seamlessly. Not only are you kickboxing well but your controlling a new game play by adding your trapping technique. Your JKD instructors deserves praise as well. Good job! 👍
Damn good. The trip sweep. I've always done that from Wadoryu Karate background before kickboxing. It's a game changer off balance set up. 💪🥊
cheers!!
Ever since I've watched your videos stepping out to the side has improved my muay Thai.
awesome!
Super effective 🔥🔥i try to follow your tips and really have improovements in my striking! Thank u Brother, especially the First and the second combos are my favourites! 🙏🙏
thanks :))
Master Jeff! Thank you!

Merci pour cette compilation de technique. Ces combos sont vraiment efficaces, c’est vrai qu’on te voit les passer beaucoup de fois! Je vais en tester quelques unes Merci Jeff!
:)
Just bought your instructional on Dynamic Striking. Your creativity never ceases to amaze
Thanks bro!!’
Wonderful ! Thank you very much !
I found myself doing your signature dart in right hand followed by the outside leg kick subconsciously when sparring after watching some of your own sparring footage, and man its really effective 😂 👍
awesomeeeee hahah
Yeah me too, I started doing it without even notice, it's an awesome tecnique
Genius stuff. Thank you for selflessly sharing your knowledge. As for the haters, well they're just jealous! And if you ever make it out to the San Francisco Bay Area to do a seminar, sign me up.

thank you!
Great video per usual thx you.
:)
Great video! I love when you also explain the southpaw version of the technique!
:)
Jeff can the inside low kick not be seen as a calf kick? Is it allowed in Muay Thai?
dude... you got some serious skills... i think i will just start and try your first 2 Tips :) glad i found you channel
thanks :)
loved how he showed the moves with so many different opponents and body types, including times when it lands and also times when it misses or even backfires. a little more slow-mo/explanation would be helpful or links to explanations of the individual techniques.
Saving this video and watching it everyday before I go to the gym
:)
Your long guard is superb you helped my fighting go to the next level thank you
thanks for watching man!
oh that second one is sweet, will put it in my arsenal
awesome!
Absolutely awesome
thank you!
If your long oblique kicks or leg stomps are really really good very low risk since its almost impossible to get punched when using it and its very unpredictable and can do some serious damage and is also a good defensive move to keep distance and you can also make combos with them and is legal in MMA/UFC jon jones uses them all the time and basically made it his signature move
Great style video. Very helpful. More videos like this please. A couple of ideas would be top 7 counters strikes & combos and top 7 grappling takedown entries for MMA would be awesome to see.
I will def start working on those!! thanks!
@@MMAShredded thank you brother.🙌 These are things I know your good at and will have a lot of footage to share 😊
Definitely do more of these, amazing stuff
thanks for the feedback, I will!!
Love it. Thanks and of course can only ask you for more of those
definitely !
What an awesome video!!!
thanks!!
*This video was so OP to watch, is like I'm seeing a gameplay tutorial combos from Sleeping Dogs, keep grinding 💪* *7:14** he made a perfect counterattack 👊 , savage !*
thanks for watching :)
One of the smartest none-Thai Muay thai fighters I've see. Applied the techniques very well.
cheers!
Cool stuff, Jeff, nice work ! I like the way you move, agile and fluid, which is the most important thing, all the rest is improvisation and experience... :) So, thank's again and all the best ! :)
thanks man!!
Just practicing these moves for the next 6 months is great material...
oss!
Most excellent. Once they plant that front foot ... Sweep the leg Johnny! 👍
osss!
The first one has similarities to the sapu family of sweeps from Silat. When the opponent throws a cross it works well to intercept with the sapu luar as the opponent's body is already rotated slightly in the opposite direction to the sweep.
cheers!
Yes MORE from that please
definitely!
Thankyou!
no prob!
Beautiful and efficient moves. I'm a big fan!
Thanks!
thx for your support!!
Yes! Great idea for top strategies. Maybe also do a whole fight strategy breakdown?
definitely!
Combo 6 is NASTY! Love that setup. That hand drops nearly everytime for that cross. Also I'm gonna steal that outside foot sweep! lol
:)))
Magnifique techniques !!
thx!!
Very nice. Thanks for always sharing your techniques !!!
thanks for always watching!!
i love this maaan the best
thanks!!!
One sweep I learned.. I think it's called the doves tail. So basically you sweep the lead ankle while powering through to the rear leg and take both feet off the ground.
Great vid again man thx
thanks!!
So many great combos to add to the arsenal. Hands down Jeff, you're the dopest dope I've ever smoked!! Lol
thanks man!!
Great summary vid, I gotta work on the inside low kick, 1-2, kick more
ossss
Definitely doing one of these
oss!!
Awesome vid💪🔥🔥
thank you!
Pure value
:)
This is the only martial arts video I would actually ever use in sparring
KEEP IT UP MAAAAN! GREAT JOB!!!
thx!!
i'd love to see more content like this
noted!
Keep up the Great work 👍
thanks!!
Let's goooo! I will surely try those combos next time. 😁
cheers!
great video, every striker needs to learn your lead cross to double step low kick.
thanks :)
Helps so much
awesome!
Outstanding combinations!
thx!
I love these, you've no idea how often I watch this series
thanks man ill make more!!
I can see why they used, the only flaws/weak sides i see at least during this video is on 2. After outside low kick/sweep the time that it takes to hit and the way it's thrown leaves opening for huge counter with hook or if first kick isn't effective enough for things like superman punch thrown slightly off balance yet still delivering good amount of power. second point of this is when you move to the side, and also when throw third kick you can be swept by opponent, he can catch the kick and bring you down. 3. Same weakness/opening, after hits when going to side and when throwing delayed kick, leaves open for counter, 2:59 jab takes off vision from your opponent but second hand is lowered meaning your entire face is open for counter. 7. This bring me back the image of D'amato doing coaching video with Ali, where Ali showed his shuffle and D'amato did exactly the same thing, step&jab. Great video overall, nice content.
Thanks for watching !
so cool man so good to understand and very unique style and how i think u could spar the best man keep goin jeff u will be ufc or one again
thanks bro!!
You're just badass, in the ring or self defense challenge you rock it!
thanks bro :)
