It's hard to compare them to Usyk, different times. Usyk represented Ukraine for the last ~10 years right now, the war years. And he's also such a decent, stand-up guy, sincere and a masterful boxer too. He's about to try to unify belts fighting Fury, and... Imagine how Canada would feel about GSP's career, if it would be happening during a great full scale war launched at you (god forbid, of course). That's how we feel. Lomachenko is also a great boxer, but unfortunately he appeared to be a half-way russian invasion apologist, maybe not quite, but sort of. Needless to say he's stigmatized by the vast majority of us now, that''s a shame, he's such a talent, but his family is just... whatever. Anyways, best of luck to you, friend 🤝

    • I met him at a grappling seminar. He spoke of not putting all your eggs in the same basket, staying in school…and he stopped the grappling to make sure that the younger, smaller participants weren’t getting hurt. He actually picked me out of the crowd for someone his size to demonstrate how he won against Matt Hughes. (having actually grabbed a hold of him, I can say, this guy is SOLID) Everything you see online is accurate. Makes me proud to be Canadian.
