So great to see this man win.
Serbia is so proud of you!!!! Congrats my champion, well deserved!!! 🇷🇸🏆👑
man, I know I'm biased cause I'm a fan - but I'm always surprised what a nice, articulate and grounded man Novak is. Seems like a cool person to share a drink with.
Sparkling water with lemon. ;)
He's very smart and articulate wich totally makes sense. You gotta be smart to play like he does. Congrats Novak, pleasure to watch you play this beautiful game of tennis.
certainly one of the most intelligent tennis player of all time
What a great guy. Very intelligent. Very funny. A great sport when he loses. An unbelievable athlete......Good luck to him in the future....number fifteen in January, '19! Go Novak!
Joe Marshall Your wish just came true
Can you write something like this for december 2019? ;-)
Love you Novak Djokovic
Novak is an awesome guy: a superb sportman, an athlete with a great sense of humour as well.
Terminator - Predator of Tennis and at the same time as beautiful human being! Novak Djokovic!
Very true. But like I say A FIT STAN WILL BEAT NOVAK. DONE BEFORE HE WILL.BE BACK.
keep dreaming
Novak now is better than in 2016, even after he won French Open and Australian Open. His serve's more accurate, and he WON'T physically go away like many times before.
stronger and steadier spirit.
Yea but when Stan open up with different angles. Stan.backhand best.ever. Forehand blistering. He's got Novak number.
Welcome back Novak, true champion....
I love this guy. Much love from Hamburg, GER Novak! You are an inspiration!
The greatest comeback after injury.
he speaks with such a fluent english for a non native speaker
I think is his well-known non-native rivals, Nadal the angry bull, Federer, also speak very fluently... :)
I absolutely love seeing that joy in his face and that handsome smile whenever he reflects back on his recent accomplishments!!! I totally missed him!!! Welcome back, Nole!!!
In Russian we can say like that - he showed that he still has a lot of gunpowder in his powderflasks. LOL Happy for Djoker, he managed to climb back to top spots.
He is a dream guest and the best player ever in every way. Thank you for talking to him. I just hope he finally gets the recognition he deserves. One American journalist wrote a few years ago, about him being unfarly treated - that if Novak was American, he would have been recognised as a legend of sport, not just tennis. Today's sport is too much about money and indorsement deals, being advertised in the media more than what acctual results are. The simple fact is: the best Novak is unbetable by anybody and I wonder when are journalists going to stop glorifying Federer and Nadal over him?
Danisima Federer is the best
thank you for speaking the truth.
They will stop glorifying Fed and Nadal over him once he supersedes them. Let’s not forget he is 3 slams behind Rafa and 6 behind Roger.
But he won a slam, and he has won more Masters that them, and he has a winning head to head against them, as well as a better winning percentage. he is 6 years younger than Fed,a and a year younger than Rafa, and with that thin vegan body and that supportive wife, he is going to be around for quite a few more years....
but for how long...
never seen him so delighted in an interview as here.
Djokovic is a Class Act!! Congrats!! #14 🏆
The king is back My player favorite Go Djoko Brazil 🙌
So imagine you are Dimitrov back in 2003, 12 years old, full of hopes and dreams, saying "when I grow up I'm going to win a major". Little did he know the big 3 would be like: "nah bruh, you ain't winning shit son!". And they virtually shut it down for 3 generations of players (except Safin, Cilic, Del Potro, Murray and Wawrinka have managed to get a few scraps). Federer, Nadal and Djokovic have won 51 of the last 60 majors on a span of 15 years. That is insane and depressing for the likes of Dimitrov, Goffin, Raonic, Ferrer, Tsonga and so on lol.
Dominic Thiem incoming threat for current era. Surely he is the only one i can think of who will stop him in couple of years of time. Can't think of any other who would compete for slam. Nadal and Fed past their peaks. Dimitrov and Raonic not working hard enough. Thiem and zverev are the only two i think will win slams and might dominate for few years.
I agree, but Zverev is part of the 4th generation, in the context of my comment (3 generations after Federer). Lucky for him when he enters his prime in about 4 years (he'll be 25) the big 3 will most likely be significantly diminished. Thiem better hurry though if he wants to be a multi slam winner, he's already 25...
Djoko still vulnerable against next-gen players anyway. zverev, nick ,stefanos, chung you name it. and the other like tiafoe, shapo, rublev ,fritz etc who he never played before. i like to see he beat all of them first.
@@regi40933 You'd better turn it around. Novak doesn't have to prove anything, they have to prove themselves against him not the other way around.
#hesch tag. i wont turn around. and Novak needs to prove that. that's make him the best among the best.
He's so cute. After this delicious 14th Slam, he will not let 2 years disappear and endure lost dreams again. It was heartbreaking to see him lose his way with the injury and 2 surgeries. Tennis God is back!
Novak is the smartest guy on tour.. the biggest proud of everyone who declare himslef as Serbian
Novak Djokovic was born to the Orthodox Serb mother and Orthodox Serb father in the Serbian capital city of Belgrade.
this man can write a book already on his mental prep and recovery.
That was so cool from the ultimate polyglot tennis champion.
He speaks so well
Nole is the true champion
He tries too hard to win over the fans. You are respected and feared on the court by the likes of Nadal and others not because they dislike you but because they respect you.Why is he loved in China and India and the Middle East, because they recognize his skill and intelligence on the court and off the court. Forget it Novak you are dealing with a mentality of undeserved exceptionalism
You make Serbia so proud, Novak ☀️✌️🇷🇸❤️❤️❤️❤️ Number 1 player of all time.
He's one of the best.
Alfonso Fernandez no,he is the best to ever do it
Novack need to begin start advocating for world peace using his charity as a springboard for his advocacy, people are ready to receive him now!
Very well spoken and it's not even his first language props to you goat🏆🐐🎾
2018 turning out to be a mega year for this athlete.
His coach is amazing. Any other mentality would have told Novak to take another hike up the mountain.
Novak Djokovic is the best tennis player of the world. I hope he can get more than 20 Grand Slams.
Yes ❤ he has got 23 now and counting 😍
When it’s all said and done ,In the next 8 years Novak djokovic will be the GOAT without debate
look around, they already started a debate that theres no goat at all xD :V
Ugh, you again? Consider the fact that Federer was the World No.1 for 5 consecutive years, winning 16 grandslams out of 22 Finals, in a span of 26 tournaments, with no less than 23 consecutive semi-finals during the same span. Nadal, on the other hand, was a top 2 player from May 2005 to November 2009, briefly losing his No. 2 ranking to Murray, while he was injured. Djokovic was stuck at World No. 3 from 2007 to 2011. Federer and Nadal will always be the objective GOATS.
ye for braindead idiots like u ;)
@@FirstPlace97 lol yeh djokovic was stuck at number 3 then in 2011 at age 23 he grew to become the machine that he is dominating a prime age 29 year old Federer. Since 2011 novak has 13 slams to Federers 4.. 3 of which came in the last couple years while novaks been out.
Federer was not "prime" in 2011. In fact, Federer was the only man beating Djokovic at important tournaments that year. He destroyed Novak at Roland Garros, even though Novak had a walkover in the QFs, proving that Roger is indeed the second greatest clay court player of the era. He should have beat Novak at the US Open semis, but that's another one of the inexplicable 5 set collapses. So, in short, Novak dominated a weak era with an old Federer and injured Nadal, Murray and Del Potro. Yet, Federer still had more success up to the age of 28!
NOVAK ♥️💙♥️💙♥️

Novak, admirable tennis player ever. Tennis Ambassador for good!
Master of Tennis Novak Djokovic
These interviewers are simply fantastic. It really seems they are honestly interested in what Novak has to say. So rare to see these days.. And to be quite frank, it's weird..
You know Vuk I love McKendry she is a Class act supper lady knows her game and is sincere in the interviews that I have seen her do.. She does not fawn over Fed or Djokovic She is so classy not phony. Not an air head like many that they put n the tube.
Smartest of the Big 4.
There is no big 4,only big 3..western media created big 4 only because Andy is from GB..watching now from this point term big 4 is irrelevant..Wawrinka has also won 3 GS but no one is talking about ,,big 5" :-)
@@webad422 I completely agree with you on the big 3. I just used big4 because i wanted to include Andy in the equation that Novak is smarter than him 😉
webad89 murray had a lot of finals two time gold medal and 14 or 17 atp matster series titels
add to that always number 4 for years and he was world number one among 3 of legends of this sport. he is consistent not like wawrinka yes he is far from them but wawrinka he is fzr from him
+Oth Ben Don't get me wrong ,I was ironic about Wawrinka and Andy comparison .Yes it's true, Andy did win atp masters and olympic gold medals and he was probably the worst number 1 in atp history, but placing him into ,,big 4'' doesn't make any sense except being sponsored by western media. Remove Andy and and instead of him place somebody with his career record from Asia or Africa ,Latin America or Eastern Europe, I doubt that he would get the same amount of recognition just like Andy did.
What I love most about Novak is that he combines being an incredible player with being an interesting, funny and approachable guy. Huge...
You are our Spartans. Thanks Nole you made us proud.....proud to be Serb
A good Man
Besides the game, I was impressed how good he did the interview in English. I wonder what the interview would sound like if any players in which English as their first language such as Isner or Serena if it were done in French, Chinese, or Spanish. :).
Serena speaks French and a little Italian I believe.
@@endokuken1678 she knows a few learned sentences...
Novak also speaks some other languages. He just works on improving himself in every way (human cultural aspect)
@@danisima6002 In Italian yes, she knows a lot more French than a few "learned sentences"
Novak speaks pretty good French, not this fluently as English but descent. he lives in Monte Carlo
Love him, love everything about him. What a great player and human being. We are so lucky as tennis fans to have the likes of Novak, Roger, Rafa, Andy, Delpo etc who are great athletes and ambassadors for the sport we love.
Djokovic will win aus open as well
maybe,maybe not who knows
No basilashvili will
They sped up the court there. It might make it tougher for him, but He's still the favorite....MAybe a tother Year end championship before then!
off course

Well spoken and eloquent as always. Beast!!
even though i was cheering for Delpo yesterday, i also like the Djoker. :)
I was cheering for Nole but was feeling so bad for Delpo after the match. Great guy.
when you know how many times Delpo got injured and came back, you can do nothing more than respect that. if Delpo didnt had to fight with these many injuries, plus psychological problems, he might be in the same league as Djokovic, Federer and Nadal right now. however, he ist still 29 years old, so maybe he can win at least a second grand slam title.
@@ulipeterson6112 I sincerely hope so :) He deserves much more than one.
I think every Novak fan would not mind losing to Delpo - such a great player and person
Legend... But I love him even more because he smashes all nike sponsored players!
BRAVO NOLEEEEEEEEE!!!!
God I love this guy! Novak is the best ever! Just enjoy watching him kick ass!
Mr. Chuck Norris, please take off your Novak mask!
GOAT 😍🐐
next year hopefully 3 or 2 more slams, for you Nole. well done.
I am die hard Nadal fan and hated Djokovic but after this, I am seriously running out of reasons to not like him...
I think as a fan, anyone is within their absolute rights to admire/dislike/hate any player for whatever reason. These sports personalities and celebrities have become such because of the expression of fans toward them. It's the amount of feelings fans have towards athletes that make them celebrities, whether that feeling is love/admiration/hate etc.
Don't see what's to hate there, his insane skills made tennis such a fun sport to watch, same goes for Nadal and Federer. If there is some character trait in a player that I dislike that's completely irrelevant to me because the quality of sport is what interests me as a viewer.
As a die hard Nole fan I used to hate Federer, for his disrespect for Nole in Nole's early career and to just not like Nadal for being such a hard opponent for Nole. Now I feel huge respect for both of these guys for their tennis achievements and really like Nadal for being so humble and hard-working guy who's been struggling so much with his knees' injuries. He was always very correct to his opponents and never has a trouble to say it when Nole was better.
I had the same with Nadal as a Novak fan - I am now a full Rafa fan as well!
@Marquis De Sade Your wording, your choice of words makes me ejaculate. I love you.
The Best in the History!!! AJMO NOLE!!!!!!!!!! ❤
Ноле легендо 🇷🇸❤️🇷🇸❤️🇷🇸❤️
My most favourite tennis player 😊
THIS IS NOVAK!
Novak has a very good chance to pass Nadal and even Federrer I think in Grand Slam wins. I am so happy to see so much excellent competition in tennis
he may pass Nadal, but he will not pass federer, that will take over 5 years, provided all the other players dont overcome him and he doesn't loose his stamina.
@@ulyssestoche3849 he's one away from both now.
Go Novak!
You can have the argument about Rafa or Federer being the G.O.A.T but there's one thing that they don't have and can't turn on. Nole has GOD mode. Once he turns it on he's unstoppable
Tom O'Callaghan 😂 GOD mode.... i like that! When he’s in the zone, he’s unstoppable. Now to be referred to as GOD more moving forward 👍
Summon256 all music to my ears. He is my GOAT with due respect given to Federer but both playing their best, Djoko wins. He is simply awesome 💪
His English has dramatically improved over the years.
Watch the madman win the next two slams and complete the real grand slam again by winning all 4. At that point, having built his career on the backs of the two best players of all time, holding all 4 slams twice... IDK people. As a proud FEDTARD and RAFATARD, even he doesn't get to 20 slams, or 17 slams, it's just all around a superior career to both Fed and Rafa. He not only won, he won over both of them. It's something incredible. I'm hoping he does it!
I am hoping for that too, but i would be greatful if Novak could just win his 7th AO next year and as a result surpass Sampras' slam tally to officially become stanalone third greatest player in history of this sport! Even if it means it would be his only grand slam victory of the season!! I will take record breaking 7th AO over anything next year! Even missing out on another ncygs! To me winning RG in 2019 sounds like tough task! I feel like Thiem or Zverev will be more problematic for Novak than even Rafa himself! But we'll see! As for remaining two...i am skeptical he will defend both, mostly skeptical on US Open...Although i shall admit the one thing i want him badly to achieve is RG-Wimbledon sweep! Borg did it thrice, Rafa and Roger once! I hope Novak still can do it as well!
Class act
What a nice and classy guy!!! Now we've got a healthy and desrving role model in tennis, at least in men's side.
Mr. Invincible He will win all 4 GSs next year. When he is at his best, by far he is the best player and nobody can beat him !!
Congratulations.... My Idol.. I love you... GBu..
He’s simply the best Novak 🏆🏆🏆
Novak djokovic is the Floyd mayweather of tennis. Both under appreciated but when it’s al said and done are the best to to ever do it.Novak >Nadal >Federer

List of some Greatest Career Achievements by Novak Djokovic: 1. Djokovic is THE ONLY PLAYER that has better score H2H against Nadal and Federer: - Djokovic - Nadal 27:25 - Djokovic - Federer 24:22 2. The numbers prove Novak’s DOMINANCE in the last 8 years. He has won 14 Grand Slam (major) titles and is tied for the 3-rd most in the Open Era. Since Australian Open in 2011 Novak has won 13 out of 14 Grand Slams, one more than Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer combined. In comparison, Nadal has won 8 Grand Slams and Roger Federer has won only 4 Grand Slams as follows: Year - Australian Open - Roland Garros - Wimbledon - US Open 2011. Novak Djoković (2/14) - Rafael Nadal (10/17) - Novak Djoković (3/14) - Novak Djoković (4/14) 2012. Novak Djoković (5/14) - Rafael Nadal (11/17) - Roger Federer (17/20) - Andy Murray (1/3) 2013. Novak Djoković (6/14) - Rafael Nadal (12/17) - Andy Murray (2/3) - Rafael Nadal (13/17) 2014. Stan Wawrinka (1/3) - Rafael Nadal (14/17) - Novak Djoković (7/14) - Marin Cilic (1/1) 2015. Novak Djoković (8/14) - Stan Wawrinka (2/3) - Novak Djoković (9/14) - Novak Djoković (10/14) 2016. Novak Djoković (11/14) - Novak Djoković (12/14) - Andy Murray (3/3) - Stan Wawrinka (3/3) 2017. Roger Federer (18/20) - Rafael Nadal (15/17) - Roger Federer (19/20) - Rafael Nadal (16/17) 2018. Roger Federer (20/20) - Rafael Nadal (17/17) - Novak Djoković (13/14) - Novak Djoković (14/14) 3. He is the ONLY ONE in tennis history to hold all 4 (four) Grand slams on 3 (three) different surfaces at once! 4. Djokovic is the FIRST AND ONLY PLAYER since the 1973 ATP rankings were introduced to have accrued 16,950 points, more than the world number 2 and 3 combined! 5. He is the FIRST AND ONLY PLAYER that has won Masters titles at all 9 venues where Masters tournaments are held, achieving the career Golden Masters, and has won multiple Masters titles in 8 different tournaments. The list of his records goes on and on… The only one he is missing now to become the GREATEST PLAYER EVER IN THE HISTORY OF THE TENNIS GAME is the TOTAL NUMBER OF Grand Slam titles. If he continues to play the way he has done it in the last few months, he could reach that goal within next 2-3 years. What Rafa’s and Roger’s fans will say then?
There are also individual tournament records, which also count! For example 6 titles at AO tied with Emerson and now Federer as well (which is why i want him so badly to win AO next year for a standalone record!), at Indian Wells Federer won his 5th and tied with Novak as well (which is yet again why i want him to win another IW title!), at Miami open Novak tied with Agassi at 6 (would be ecstatic if he can win another sunshine double next year!)...In Shanghai i think he is currently tied with Murray at three each (Which is why i want him to win Shanghai this year!) and finally at Paris he has a standalone record of 4 titles! The most valueable amongst all the tournaments records is AO, followed by sunshine double in march! I hope he wins all three of those next season! Also forgot that if he wins another ATP finals this year he will be tied with Federer at six each for an all-time record! He also can tie with Federer as well if he finishes the year as world number one for the fifth time (Sampras lead this though with 6 times finishing as world number one!)...Also i want him to win that damn olympic gold badly!
@@Summon256 Thank you for your addition, great effort...We are absolutely on the same page! I wish him the same .. Cheers!
Bravo Nole kralju. Eloquence and Mental strength 100% : )
Great to see him, Nadal and Federer back on their old level. Let’s enjoy these guys while they’re still around. Before you know it they retired.
I think Federer's 20 Slams is probably out of reach due to a couple of different factors, but it'll be interesting to see if Djokovic can get even or possibly even surpass Nadal in terms of Slams by the time they're done. He's put himself right back in contention with this Wimbly-US Open double this year.
Chris Williamson I believe it will be just a matter of time that Novak will surpass Nadal.
6 grand slam titles isn't out of reach son! Haha Maybe if he tanked this season, just like he tanked 2017 i would have agreed, but given he just won last two grand slams of the year, like it is nothing (only his semis against Nadal was truly Competitive!) while not even playing at his very best...one's imagination can run absolutely wild as to what he can do in 2019 now that he is 100% back! One season like 2011 or 2015 and he will be at 17 grand slam mark, if he wins al four - he will be at 18 (more than Nadal already!!), one more season like that again in 2020 and he will catch up with Federer or even surpass him...plus a couple of grand slams more after 2020 to solidify his legendary status even further!
Btw i don't see Zverev or Thiem improving so much, that they will suddenly start winning grand slams in 2019! It is more than likely that 2019 will be another "old faces year" to witness in the finals and maybe even 2020 as well! I don't think any of the youngsters will win any of grand slam tournaments until 2021!...
This comment dint age well😂😂😂
@@PraveenKumar-vp4sn , well I did say 'probably' out of reach. Turns out I was wrong!

the whole world is this athlete's fan~ :)
Djokovic Y are one of the best Y Nadal Federer are the best players who live in the world ever so far. But del potro should win the second set. Del potro y very good too.
In my opinion, the ultimate truth why the Djoker is the best among Big 3 (or Big 4 you pick) is simply because he was weaker and lower than Roger and Rafa when stepping out to the scene, but he’ve overcome his limits and challenges to be equal and rapidly catching up the other two guys in terms of titles. Even now when I saying this, he is still on the rise and in his prime... Imagine Andy who came out at the same time and level likes Novak and what he achieved overall until now??? So you got my point...
I got your point, but you have to take into account that the other two weren't always on the rise either...It took some time for Roger to figure himself out before stepping onto his winning path (many racquets were broken before that famous 2003...he was short tempered and looked angry! If you look it up now - Federer before second half of 2003 and Federer after - are two different people!), then Nadal with his endless streak of injury hiatus over and over again...and he is still prone to it (as most recent tournament shown!)...i can go on and one, you get it! Granted Djokovic also had some health issues early on (which he figured out ever since 2011!), but it is only fair to address the odds of adversaries as well to be one hundred percent fair! I am Novak's fan btw in case you think i am one of those miserable haters...
