Corned beef and cabbage for sure! Some Irish potatoes, a little carrot and some fresh baked bread!😍 I had a traditional Irish dinner when I was visiting Ireland and they had apple pie for dessert!😘 The meal wasn't that different than what I eat at home!☺️ I love corned beef and cabbage so much that I eat it throughout the year!😋 You don't have to wait for a special occasion to eat the things you love!😚

I make a stew with sausage, cabbage, potatoes, bacon and chicken stock. Had that at an Irish restaurant once and it’s one my favorites.

I first found Pauka Dean when I was 19yrs old. I was a brand new mom and knew nothing about cooking. I didn't have cable so the cooking channel was one of the few things I could watch. I have learned so much since then, but she inspired me and I still use some of her recipes today. This was back in 2000/2001

I don't understand why people think butter is bad for you!!! I have been eating butter NOT sparingly!!! For 45+ years!!! I'm not overweight at all!!! All of my blood work that I get done every 3 months is always normal!!! I just don't understand why people are afraid of it!!!!! God Bless Us All!!!

Have never been a fan of lamb but didn’t they make it look so good?
@@andreabryant9979 Most larger grocery stores carry lamb. You probably just haven’t looked for it. Chicken or pork or beef are excellent options to replace lamb.
