Hey! I'm a physiotherapist so you can trust my opinion. You should start swimming. If you don't know how to swim, you can begin classes. It's an amazing exercise and leads to weight loss. The advantage is no effect on joints due to the buoyancy of water and no sweat as you're exercising in water! If you don't know how to swim, you can just hold on to the side of the swimming pool and kick your legs to the rhythm of a fast paced song. This will burn your thigh and abdomen fat fast.

@@bhawanakhandelwal7390 well you are quite young! No need to worry. Walk for 45 mins everyday and increase it to one hour. Listen to the fast paced songs of your choice and make sure to walk on that beat, not any slower. It'll be super useful as exercise. When you eat, make sure that you eat a bit lesser than your usual portions. You can reduce having rice as much as you can. Rice makes you bloat up. Have roti or bhakri. No matter what you eat, never miss the 1 hour of walking everyday. Don't have drinks like coke, frooti, chocolate shake, fruit shake from any shop. It contains huge amount of sugar. Ban it for just a month. Do this for a month and I guarantee you'll receive compliments about how thin you are looking. Once you lose upto 65 kgs, update here. I'll let you know what more you can do and even some diet modifications.

Well earlier i didnt believe yoga to help in fatloss. But past 20 days i have started suryanamaskar with healthy eating. I took gap in between for about 5 days. But to my shock my upper back fat reduced and already down 1.5 kgs. PS i am a banker who have to at desk from 10am to 6 pm. Suryanamaskar makebme sweat like pig😂😂😂. But its easy and effective. I will continue it . SURYANAMASKAR.

Everything stops working after you reach a certain stage. I was loosing weight smoothly but after 4-5 kg my body stopped loosing weight. Hit, cardio nothing seems to working and because i don't go to gym i started loosing motivation to workout. And i end up gain those 4-5 kgs in just 1 month. I have to start this whole process again 😑 this body is so annoying. On top of that my 24/7 once a momth period craving makes it worse. I mean i workout for 26days in a month and 7 days i eat like a pig, 4 days i rest for periods and my weight 📈

Hello gunjan i am someone who is kind of overweighted and recently moved to us because of life style and strees i have gained weight recently took an initiative to join gym and there is no fixed coach there since it is a college gym for now i am doing a 50 goblet squads,50 leg press and 50 of other keg workout and I'm focuisng more on legs is it ok to do it on daily basis will i loose weight and i also club it uo with 30 minutes cardio and other belly and arm workouts please guide since I'm a beginner

Hey! I'm a physiotherapist so you can trust my opinion. You should start swimming. If you don't know how to swim, you can begin classes. It's an amazing exercise and leads to weight loss. The advantage is no effect on joints due to the buoyancy of water and no sweat as you're exercising in water! If you don't know how to swim, you can just hold on to the side of the swimming pool and kick your legs to the rhythm of a fast paced song. This will burn your thigh and abdomen fat fast.

@@bhawanakhandelwal7390 well you are quite young! No need to worry. Walk for 45 mins everyday and increase it to one hour. Listen to the fast paced songs of your choice and make sure to walk on that beat, not any slower. It'll be super useful as exercise. When you eat, make sure that you eat a bit lesser than your usual portions. You can reduce having rice as much as you can. Rice makes you bloat up. Have roti or bhakri. No matter what you eat, never miss the 1 hour of walking everyday. Don't have drinks like coke, frooti, chocolate shake, fruit shake from any shop. It contains huge amount of sugar. Ban it for just a month. Do this for a month and I guarantee you'll receive compliments about how thin you are looking. Once you lose upto 65 kgs, update here. I'll let you know what more you can do and even some diet modifications.

Well earlier i didnt believe yoga to help in fatloss. But past 20 days i have started suryanamaskar with healthy eating. I took gap in between for about 5 days. But to my shock my upper back fat reduced and already down 1.5 kgs. PS i am a banker who have to at desk from 10am to 6 pm. Suryanamaskar makebme sweat like pig😂😂😂. But its easy and effective. I will continue it . SURYANAMASKAR.

Everything stops working after you reach a certain stage. I was loosing weight smoothly but after 4-5 kg my body stopped loosing weight. Hit, cardio nothing seems to working and because i don't go to gym i started loosing motivation to workout. And i end up gain those 4-5 kgs in just 1 month. I have to start this whole process again 😑 this body is so annoying. On top of that my 24/7 once a momth period craving makes it worse. I mean i workout for 26days in a month and 7 days i eat like a pig, 4 days i rest for periods and my weight 📈
