  • I was 80 kg when i started to follow your guidance and apply in my day to day life. I started my weightloss journey on 16 april 2024. When i checked today for some reason ive lost 5 kg in 2 weeks. I am happy yet concerned. Not to worry because it been same with me in my previous weight loss journey as well, i tend to loss weight very fast within 2-4 weeks, then it gradually slow down. But this time unlike previous times, i haven't got a binge eating episode or unwanted cravings. I hope to reach my target which is 60-65 kg by august.
