Some parents tell KPRC 2 Reporter Amy Davis they are stranded because they were dropping off their children at school when the water started rising. So getting back to some neighborhoods is difficult as roads are impassable.
Cool.
Areas are receiving alerts to stay off the roads so why are so many people still driving on the roads? Please get to a safe non flood location and stay put. Gas stations that have no electricity can't pump gas can we please get them with lights please ASAP. Thanks
If you want cars off the street volunteer to pay their bills. You do understand a lot of Americans live paycheck to paycheck if they don't work they don't eat
