Seems like you guys have a major flooding problem in Houston
This was in Livingston, about 80 miles north of Houston. Livingston floods because of the dam there across the Trinity River. Houston floods because it is totally flat with poor drainage. Houston is ridiculously over built for its terrain... Basically a semi-tropical version of the Netherlands, flat land reclaimed not from the sea but from marshes. And yet people are pouring in.
