Wonderful channel !
Spent 45 years in the body business and never knew anyone who new his way around vehicles of all kinds like you do!! You are definitely my new favorite channel. Love watching all your videos, love the way you mix in personal pieces of your life with the work part. Your living the good life Chris don’t ever stop…you are a Rock Star!!!!
Oh yes ! Hundred per cent ! So captivating !
Such a great feeling to have the type of toys you have. An even better feeling is having the ability to fix them.
My foster family had one sitting in their front yard. One of the older kids chased my up it. I jumped off the back to get away and broke my ankle. Always loved that truck until then.
you are the first person I've seen ride a sea doo in the winter, its never crossed my mind. Seems like a great way to shake up the winter blues
jet ski in the winter on ICE! now I know your KRAY KRAY!! And I love it!!!!!
the carpet in this rig is called 'sculptured pile'. The guy that designed the PT (Panel Truck) Cruiser for Chrysler also designed the HHR (Heritage High Roof). Little car trivia there.
For folks like me that remember when all dry cleaners ran pick-up and delivery routes these panel trucks probably bring back memories. When I was young in the mid-sixties even though our town was small (about 12,000 folks) the main three dry cleaners all ran these panel trucks
I remember Divco trucks delivering milk in my town back in the late 60s, before shop rite came around
Unc had liquor delivery biz and ran 3of these from 55. To. 69-----durable trucks
I’m impressed with how prepared you were for the revival.👍
This dude Chris is an awesome mechanic, with a super duper cool wife named Jennifer who seems to like cars, and trucks and boats and mechanics in general,as much as he does.which in my opinion, makes him "A very lucky man"Heck they even have a cool dog named Gus! This is definitely one of my new favorite channels on KZhead for sure.I really dig how they show you everything and in such a laid back, unassuming way.I hope that they keep on making way more videos and I sincerely hope they both get rich doing it.Godspeed to them 😁
I second that 💯👍
I think we all had that bumper sticker "Shaggin Wagon" on our custom vans😜( J.C Whitney catalog) just about anything to make your van custom! AHH the good ole days🤪🤩🥰
Man just keep doing what you're doing! I'm pretty new to the channel but I have already spent hours watching your stuff. I love your methods and I love how you have most everything with you, ready to do just enough to get these old things to start. Great content and I'm very pleased and impressed 👌🏼
I thought I was a hard worker lol. After working a ten hour day I like to sit down kick my feet up with a cold beverage watch you in action, amazing for sure. I think you have outgrown your yard and garage, hopefully you get a large shop soon.
No need to apologise for anything dude - another cracking video, very well presented, entertaining and super informative. Appreciate it man! 🍻
Goats and classic cars, living the dream right there!
The engine suffix code of "CMJ" comes back as a mid 70's 350CI, The "K" is for St Catherines, Ontario, Canada engine plant. The "05 07" (May 7th), engine assembly day-month code
Thanks
WOW, 05 07 is my birthday (1947) I'm slightly older than this panel, though.
I really enjoy watching your channel also , i am a retired Union Pipefitter /Servicefitter HVAC 31 years i used aerokroil for years and that stuff is the best
man that car yard is a content dream come true, love these videos! also my mind is blown at some of the storage spots you have around your truck lolol i feel like you have one of the most interesting lives ever and here for all the videos lol
Man , Chris definitely has a very interesting and full schedule in his life. Would have loved to been able to do half of the things he does. He's like the Steve Irwin of mechanics!
Absolutely a tuck worth saving
Really got into this channel and I don’t usually sub to people but this dude is just genuine
the seadoo ride was unreal your crazy man.
Chris, great videos and I think you're fine with your methods. Pretty sure an engine sitting for 10 years in the back yard is what it is. All the new oil isn't going to save it and the old oil isn't going to hurt it.
I have to say that your videos are never dull. Back in my late teens I had a chance to get a panel truck (mid 60's, extra long body GMC) but I really didn't have the know how to get it running. Watching you work on this one takes me back to an easier time and I thank you for that. I enjoy the stuff you put out--keep up the good work.
Ki
I love this truck so much potential.
always enjoy these shows.. nice fast pace and very educational and entertaining.. THANKS !!!!
Cool old van/truck...I would drive that everywhere...
I had a 1960 Apache 30 series. 144inch. Wheelbase we put a 1976-78 Chevy suburban 4wheel drive chassis fit almost perfect ran a 350LT1,4 speed M21 33 inch. Tire's seven inch lift.she was a bad-ass.my father got mad at me and got rid of everything I owned. She had seven layer's of house paint on her. Back in 1980.preserved the whole body from rusting.I Miss her.great video. Looking forward to see More.
I absolutely love those old Chevy Panel trucks, I'd love to have one myself. Props to you for standing out there in that weather just to hear the motor run again. Every shade tree mechanic knows exactly what it's like to stand out there so long that you can't even feel the nuts and bolts on the truck anymore because your fingers went numb about an hour ago! Let's see part II please.
👍you took the words outta my mouth😎
Dad bought a '66 brand new for his drywall business. It was a 250 six, 3 on the tree and only a driver's seat, the cheapest model available. He drove it for the last 10 years before retiring. The truck never failed him.
Man, that panel truck is sweet!
Love old panel trucks! You’re very easy to watch and such a great positive attitude. Love all of your videos!
Love those old panel trucks, save it !!!
I had a 1970 3 door Suburban C/10... tons of fun!! Lots of concerts back in the late 70s and early 80s.. Love your channel!
People will always find something to b*tch about, can’t keep everyone happy man keep doing what you’re doing 💪🏼😁
I have to say, the "I-V" for gravity fed gas to get it started is BRILLIANT !
I agree with your method. Let the haters, hate….don’t change what you’re doing…it’s working. Blessings
I found your channel the other week and been binging your vids. Very informative! Love it. Leaning lots watching your experience. Keep it up and looking forward to checking out your older stuff! VERY cool truck!
First time watching you work. Congratulations on the partial success in this old panel truck. Thank you for sharing!
Hell of a mechanic!
A man that drinks beer and works on his o n stuff is my type of American hero awesome content
Once again I'm impressed with your knowledge and know how, personally you wouldn't find me out in that weather working on anything unless it's in a garage but thanks for your perseverance and getting that thing running 👍☮️
Love the old truck.
Andrew & Chris...Legends!
Really enjoy the content of your channel! Keep doing what you do!
I love those old panel trucks
Your videos are so cool and real world keep doing these i love them
Loved that Chris, that determination to get it running paid off, mad looking interior👍🇮🇪
Really enjoyed this, I lived in a 63 panel truck for 2 years in Lake Tahoe in the early 70s, good times !!!
Well I've been working on motor vericles for bout 65 years and for what it's worth, there is sweet f.a. I can tell you. You know what you're doing. Plus the lil woman has a nice voice. Cheers.
The ol' Mortske Flip!
Another great job Chris..definitely wanna see a part 2
I would like to see a part 2! Dam wish I still had my regal, ended up selling it because I couldn't get it start up and sat in my back yard for a out 20 years but it is what it is. Keep up the good work I love all of your videos stay safe
@4:58! Hell yeah - I’m about 4 Founders in myself right now!
Panel wagon sounded good, your nuts going out on the river!
you are a bring it back to life genius- keep them coming - great vids
Fantastic show and the 66 Chevy panel is a great video! I really like your enthusiasm and energy! You are a great mechanic! I envy your talent! Good stuff, spent most all of the day watching your videos.
Yes, a part 2. Great old Chevy.
I swear you can ANYTHING to crank. Good job. Can’t wait for part2. Like the shirt.
Keep on keeping on, great job!
This bad boy would make a super rare ride if someone put the time and money in it ! Son has 66 pick up were working on !
Definitely YES FOR A PART TWO
Mickey Thomson chrome valve covers! luv the 60's
Man! You have found a honey hole! I would love to have that 66. Heck I'd love to have any of the vehicles you've got there. Can't wait to see what's next👍
big thumb for the ice jetski thing!
Great fun watching everything you come up with. I’m amazed every time you get something to come alive in like under an hour, which is because you know so much. You and Vice Grip Garage. Best Regards
I agree!
to see a collaboration with Derek would be outstanding, the views would SKYROCKET
@@THROTTLEPOWER changing 2016 bmw 750 is cabin filter

I had a 66 carryall. Back in 1978. Straight 6. Loved it.
The mortskey flick. Snapping the points.
No disappointments at all Chris , also I am impressed that you actually use something that will lubricate the valves and cylinders. I always cringe when I see these other channels use brake clean that washes off all oil and all lube! 😠 LOL. Might as well dump sand into the Engine ! Thanks for the videos Chris 💯👍
I always use ATF fluid pull plugs use a straw put in a couple if fills leave set hour or two get a socket on crank bolt just turn maybe a quarter turn again let it set..half hour or so then give it full crank if it will
The brake clean / carb clean is extra retarded when you consider how cheap and easy it is to get a small can of premix 2stroke gas at the hardware store.
Founders All Day is fantastic!! Great choice 👍🏻
Definitely want to see a part 2 but man that cold is brutal man you are a champ!!
Nice shirt
Which one? The Fury or yours? Lol. I'll have to order a hat or beanie from ya sometime too. I've been wearing a lot more hats since I'm trying to grow my hair out a little bit and Jen's not having the messy hair.
I ordered one
My man! Thanks dude, I appreciate the support.
Drove cross country in one of those with my family, mom, dad and 3 kids when i was a toddler, no seatbelts, I still have some memories of that epic journey....
Oh Yes! Go for it!
top "will it run" guy on you tube right here
NNKH Let's go ice skating in the Chrysler!!!! YES YES!
The old 350 sounds really good. Would be cool to see it back on the road for sure.
Dude! 19:00 in those gloves are probably real good. All of the good snowboard gloves I have had sound like that. That keeps the glove waterproof and it’s a vapor barrier. Your hands will get sweaty but at least there warm ya know.
Nice to hear you talking about points and dwell. Most young people don't have a clue. My dad bought a '65 Carryall in 1970 and we went everywhere in that thing. On another note, I was at the Barrett-Jackson and saw a convertible '68 Belvedere that had no top, missing all knobs on the dash, tail lights missing, body in round shape, sell for $67,000. That Chevy might be worth something. Let's see you do some more work to it. Get it on the road.
Would love a part two👍🏻🏴👍🏻
Don't apologize for being you. Screw the haters and Karens. People watch to see you do your thing how you like to do it
I'd love to see part 2, great video love your channel.
👍👌👏 Uuuuuh, I like this panel van. Hope it becomes part of the show.
Awesome video and Content..that last snip it of you on the jet ski in the frozen river was epic..you are a "rockstar" if not a little crazy..but I call it adventure taking.🇺🇸👍😁
Hello from New Zealand we love your views especially my 7 years boy Sam. Keep it up
I was thinking when you were saying you'd have it on the road, like what? But, I love your enthusiasm, and it runs very well. No disappointment here.
Ok you are nuts jet ski and ice !! but I say looked hella fun 🤩
Good job Chris. Keep making these videos bubba, your doing great!
Between you and Mustie1, I'll bet you guys could repair most anything out there that doesn't work... Great videos!!! Thank you for sharingwith us viewers!!!
i LIKED THE STARTER ILLUSTRATION!
So I grew up in Oceanside N.Y. LONG ISLAND. My aunt and uncle had a summer camp called Camp DeBaun. They had panel trucks for busses. Very cool vehicles. I always thought they were a great looking truck. You can do so much to them.
have never seen one before but feel yes will run after sitting 20 years and think it is rare panel.👍👍
I really enjoy these videos 😍
You have a great talent for mechanics, I enjoy your show.
Dude i love this channel man your awesome please keep up the good work
