  • Well done Michelle, another great video, it's like watching a pro racing driver go through corners at speeds that average drivers could never achieve, you touch down that massive aircraft with such grace like its no big deal.....Also I try to spot the landing strip as soon as possible mostly I get it right.... , I've never noticed "The Sterile Cockpit Rule" before, interesting. As far as I'm aware You have never shown the Call for 'Cabin Crew take Your seats'... have a great festive season with loved ones and be safe....

    • I think it depends on aircraft type. I'm of the impression that on Airbus aircrafts only small inputs are needed due to side stick sensitivity and fly-by-wire system.

    • The slower you go the more input, you don't have the on coming air over the control surfaces at slow speed like you do at cruse speed..

  • lovely video, lots of nice info pop-ups....when you got to the taxi exit, it looked like they have it lit up...is that specifically for you, or is the lighting constant. Nice to have a job that doesn't require you to cut your hair ;-)

    • The lights are on for everyone in this case but at some airports they use dynamic taxi lighting which guides individual aircraft... Guess that will end up being the standard at some point...
