  • The most incredible part of this is not the tool being manufactured but the equipment to build the tool. Just imagine all the automation engineers breaking down each process into steps and then building equipment to do it. Amazing.

    • СССР лидер автоматизации мог себе позволить, это энергетически дороже, чем ручной труд. япония училась у СССР прошла тот же путь(198х встала) что сейчас проходит китай. ранее говно потом всё качественней, а потом всё закат. даже не знаю кто на очереди у бизнеса по прокачке может африка.

    • @@onsen2365 yaskawa makes tool's brain by samsung and sk chips. japan is assembly factory. anyway the company is not famous to the world. because they use cheap and low quality some japan machine. due to keyang's low budget, japan machine narrowly competed with china machine and was selected. anyway Japan became pity country. japanese feel proud of only one arm of the machine.

  • надеюсь что обмотки делают из медной проволоки - самсунг в последнее время грешит алюминием с мусорки приволок уже десяток пылесосов ротор статор алюминий говорят гарнтию еле вытягивает- самсы уже домой не тащу сетевой кабель только отрываю.

  • Какая-то странная линия... 9:35 Испытание изоляции проводят вручную, хотя как раз эту операцию несложно было реализовать в автоматическом режиме. 9:57 То же самое и с установкой подшипников. И что-то я не вижу шпоночной канавки на валу. Если ведущая шестерня садится на конус, то в случае замены якоря надо будет менять и корпус редуктора, потому как разобрать этот узел не получится. 11:05 Зато на установку диффузора, на которую у человека уйдёт 4-5 сек, здесь выделен целый робот-манипулятор, да еще и досылатель после него стоит! 14:08 Ну и вершина конструкторской мысли - высокотехнологичная киянка, для посадки редуктора. 😂 Ой, чую ща рагули с отечественными либерастами набегут...

  • 계양 앵글그라인더 너무 속도가 빠르고 기동시 치는 반동이 너무 커서 워험 합니다,회전속도를 좀 낮추고(권선 극수를 많이) 토크는 높게 기동시 반동은 적은 이런 좋은 제품좀 만드시길 너무 단가만 생각하면 영원히 B급 공구 입니다.

  • 60년대 일계 군인들에 의한 반란 직후, 일본의 하청공장으로 일본자본으로 세워져 한국인이 바지사장을 하는 대기업과 중소기업이 우리나라에 아주 많죠. 그런 기업들은 일본업주와의 관계 때문에 자체기술 개발도, 수출도 막혀있고, 업주가 제한하는 수준의 중저가 제품만 찍어내는 경우가 대부분입니다. 그래서 기업경력은 수십년인데 아직도 국내용 상표로만 남아있는.

  • Fascinating video. What’s really astonishing as there are many plants producing high volumes of tools such as these, is they must be being sold in these volumes around the world at a similar rate. Otherwise there would be massive stockpiles everywhere!

    • Choice of materials, wire thickness, insulation thickness, bearing material/tolerance, structural plastic composition, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, government subsidies... The list of factors we don't see is infinite.

    • Well think of it this way. You are making a pizza, no matter what it will always be done the same essential way. But then you can use partially soy cheese, canned vegetables, pepperoni with TVP additives, the amount of cheese and toppings... same basic idea here. They figure out how to cut corners and still get away with a usable/edible product

  • Great production, interesting video. I did not see the lubricant tab in the gearbox. The worker has an adapter included in the tee, which is very bad for a power load. It's possible that the cutting disc should be placed with the sticker down. Отличное производство, прекрасное видео. Не увидел закладку смазки в редуктор. У работника в тройник включён переходник, для силовой нагрузки это очень плохо. Кажется, отрезной диск надо ставить наклейкой вниз.
