Today we picked up a new piece of equipment to the shop but it's in need of some cleaning and paint. Join us as we give this Boyer and Schultz Six- Twelve Surface grinder a facelift. This is Part I of a two-part Series.
That is a nice and compact machine.
Might think about taking a leaf blower to the filter system while it is still outside.
Thats a great Idea. I probably will take it back outside before it is final set and do just that. I wonder if I can find new filters for it.
@@Turnbullcustomguns try the practical machinist forum. I have sent a couple of really obscure questions about old machines to that group and always get great ideas.
Next time try securing the machine and pallet to the tractor and raise it up to a better working height. Better for the knees and back.
Yup. My forks leak down some when the tractor isn't running, but I could have blocked it. Good suggestion.
