  • Dave destroying the AI easy, but it did come up with a pretty good haiku!

    • Bard’s answers were infinitely better than Dave’s. Dave could barely understand what the question was asking half the time

  • Dang. Dave's looking younger than ever. "Just go to the gym" is great passive advice. Even if you don't eventually workout (from fatigue), you leave feeling better.

  • We know nothing about that 19 year old. He's almost as strong as me, though I've done a 236 bench and a 410 DL. Mind you, I did this at 22. He might've started at 18. Or 16. Who knows? But he is strong. Obviously needs to keep going, but he's doing great.

  • "Just go to the gym" is the best advice. Do one exercise if that's what you're capable of. Just do something, it'll help.

  • ai isnt really ai if it only exists for prompts, i think people kind of overestimate what "ai" actually is

  • You should record a video doing a workout where you ask AI what excercises you should do.

  • Thought this would be Dave Tate coming up with a training session on the fly vs one of the ai training apps. Maybe next time

  • 3:20 But it really does depend. I am 6'2 with long legs and a shortish torso but I also have really long arms. My toes are only about a foot apart when I deadlift and I really wouldn't want to train it any other way.

  • The AI is using a bell cover dave is using mean weights. Top 1% can lift 50% more. So to dave if u can do 50% of my lift you are weak. That the top 2% of lifter.
