Benefit of the doubt: he might just do that to blow off steam regardless of the circumstances lol. Doubt any Goodwill employees even care enough. I doubt much thought was even going through the guy's mind. Suppose it could've been malicious or spiteful, but no point assuming that's the case.

I know the pain at the end, did pretty much the same thing last year. NOT YOUR LAWYER but contest the tickent and just ask for lenency. every ware is differant, the ticket could be compleatly dismised best case sanario. In my case they waved the ticket as long as I doen't get any others for a year. you can also ask for an offence that wont show up on your record, may have a higher fine but wont hit your insurance.
