This class is ideal for beginners and those of you looking for a more mindful practice. We'll strengthen and stretch the body, holding each pose for several breaths.
Hatha Yoga means simple, easy to follow sequence of poses that have been around for thousands of years. There will be no complicated transitions hence it is ideal for anyone. The speed of this practice will be perfect for getting the alignment and breathing right.

I had NO idea that this kind of yoga would give me stable high energy all day and increase my mood/sense of well being sm! No one told me that yoga could do this. I do this daily for almost 2 weeks now and no more neck and shoulder pain, energy is amazing (no more feeling lazy). This has for me been a complete life changing game changer 🎉❤🙏🙏✌️

I was able to follow her with all of the asanas. I felt that my body was finally free and compliant. This is a good compliment to reading Bhagavad Gita, reciting mantras, practicing meditation, and exercising the spiritual yogas: jnana yoga, bhakti yoga, and karma yoga.
Just started yoga after my chiropractor recommended I take yoga and Pilates for my back, I have a curve and a slight twist in my spine, I have a great instructor on Wednesdays and we do Yin Yoga, nice and slow which is perfect for me and I feel amazing after class, these exercises look like a great addition to add to my routine thanks! There’s certain things which I can’t do very well like child’s pose, pulling my knees in to my chest or even just sitting up with my legs crossed is hard to do, hoping to improve in the next few months.

This is awesome. I was looking for this after years of not doing yoga. I used to do yoga with Eric Schiffman but after injuries, and painful hands, herniated disc I cam back but the gentle yoga I found online was not gentle but more athletic and not kind to my body and I felt I should walk away. but I gave this a try and this is the yoga I remember and loved. I am so glad 💜 Thank you :) This is a Hatha practice, we breathe focusing on deep normal breath into every pose. Only in a vinyasa class where it is flow based we flow with inhales in one and exhale into other asana. Hope its clear 🥰

It's my 4th day of practice and i am observing the benefits like my belly fat is decreasing and my pimples are almost gone...my hair fall has stopped almost and my hair retained the thickening...and my point of view towards life has shifted in a positive direction...even i am feeling so much concentrated to my studies and cleanliness....thank u so.much for this video...its so much helpful ❤
