  • On the seats you'd be better off cleaning them with a PH neutral leather cleaner and a microfibre towel first to actually remove the dirt and then apply the conditioner.

  • A vacuum with a dusting brush is essential as well. Keeps you from having to Q-tip dash vents and such if you vacuum every week!

  • I found that using the bush attachment on the vacuum work awesome! I use it for the entire interior with a paint brush to get into the cracks... I found it really helps pull up dirt and hair from the carpet and it also helps cleans out the little buttons. I use the attachment that you use to get in the hard to reach spots like throttle pedal and between the seat and console/door jam

    • Sak __ me too, and after I looked into a bunch of leather products I finally went with the conditioner at the BMW dealership. even if it's expensive, they researched it and probably came up with what they feel is the best for all of their high-end end expensive vehicles. it cleans and conditions. also when you get it on the plastic or metal or surrounding Parts, it wipes right off clean with no problem. I like it alot

  • For leather seats Red Wing All Natural Boot Oil literally work miracles!! It literally revives the leather and strengthens it. It just has to be buffed in and dryed correctly. Better that any armor all like product ive tried.

  • Pretty cool. For my X5 35i I use Armor all ultra shine detailer, Mothers speed interior detailer. I have a dusbuster vacuum and keep a swiffer duster 360° in the glove box. I dont normally run rubber mats all year long but only in winter, i would jet wash the floor rug mats to flush out all the dirt, dust etc. Also dont forget little trees black ice or leather scent. Just changed both CAF to make the air better, previous owner hadn't changed them for quite some time.

  • You can also use compressed air to clean out and around the dash, vents and controls in the car. it works wonders. I use my air compressor to blow everything of the small cracks before vacuuming. A trick I learned from a used car dealership.

  • Greets, Justin. Nice video. I have an F30 328i. For my leather, I have used Lexol. It is a two step system: the cleaner gets the dirt out, and the conditioner gives the leather a nice finish. If you leather had a mat finish to start, it will stay mat.

  • I use a dedicated push broom and use dish soap to clean the rubber floor mats. That way you don’t have to bend down and you can get some elbow grease to them!
