@@vojtechjakes9379 they're very simmilar in terms of driving but I believe they're just as different in everyday use. I find the i30 more "comfortable" and more easy to live with since it has multilink and it's bigger overall. i20 is more easy to throw around and have fun with so it really depends on one's preference

I usually dislike the new digital gauges on these newer models of vehicles, but I actually am really engaged (no pun intended) with the digital gauge here, its simple, has all the info you need, and the animations are yes very pronounced, but it feels fitting for the vehicle it is. Not trying to take itself too seriously when it really could. The engineers and design team KNEW what they were doing. I WANT ONE SOOO BADD.
Same design on the Leon cupra 2019 (icockpit). Love it

8:33 This was a warning for overrev when selecting too low gear for current speed. There was a blib that you tried put first gear for a split second. Propably the gate detected your incorrect movement of a gear stick.

As a Veloster N owner, I clicked this video SOOOO fast! I was never a KDM guy, but I love what Hyundai has done with the N cars! I dream of prerpping and bringing my VN to the ring and having Misha take me for some laps.
Wish that the US got the I20. Can’t have any small cars here it seems.

Picked my i20n up a year ago and it’s the best decision I ever made. Did think it was lacking on the straights so it now has 235bhp, but besides that it gets all the looks and goes around corners like a go-kart. Love it ❤

Drove my brothers i20n last night. Makes me so happy to see a Hyundai N car on your channel. I have wanted one since I found out about them on your channel a couple years back. I really hope to see more N cars as they are quite affordable and tick all the boxes of being a true enthusiast car (and affordable).
I have one. Done a few trackdays in it (was the first person in the UK to track one). Awesome out of the box on the track. Just upgraded pads and brake fluid for mine.
Great video again Micha! This is more a car what could fit into my budget. Hope you will do more on " budged " cars in the future.
Had my i20N for just under 10 months, loved every drive in it. Sold it because I changed jobs, no longer needed a car to commute (and about to buy a house) - managed to sell it for basically what I paid for it, deposit back in full, so there was no financial sting.... But damn, I miss that thing!
My friend let me drive his 20N last week on mountain roads at the amounts of traction you can get from this thing is amazing
I actually have a performance blue i20N , I absolutely love everything thing about it ,looks,performance,onboard toys etc , The car gets more attention than I do LOL 😂😂😂,, but seeing that one performing perfectly on the Nurburgring really impresses me what it’s really capable of , it’s track ready outta the box , And would put cars with bigger BHP to shame on the way it handles , absolutely incredible, I haven’t had as much fun in a car in years , the i20N does have an oldskool charm about it 😎👍

I have a Veloster N and with Potenzas on it and bigger rear sway bar, its a blast auto crossing it. Taught my youngest girl how to drive a standard at the races in it when she only had learners permit and was still taking drivers training.
Honestly that looks insanely practical too, big boot with 5 doors and seats, that can also fold down for even more space!
Had the pleasure of being able to drive the i20N (stock though) on the Nürburgring GP track via the Hyundai Driving Experience 2 weeks ago, even in stock form with TC on (was a rainy day and they specifically told us we must not turn off TC unless told otherwise) it's a really fun car.
I have a Veloster N here in the states and love it. Going for a similar mod route to this i20N (coils, sway bar, stock power) and it’s been a BLAST even in full stock form. I can only imagine what flicking around a much smaller chassis feels like

A fantastic car, I love mine, it was only launched Summer 2021 so its not been out for as long as you think 😉. With the huge wait times only now am I starting to see them on the road!. Its also worth noting this is one the few cars full 5 year warrantry that includes track use!
I bought a 22 veloster N last month and have been loving every minute of driving it. These cars are an absolute steal at their price points, and are punching way above their weight towards $50,000 cars as far as performance goes.

I'm actually impressed that you can NOT rev-match after doing so for years. My wife just picked up a CT4 manual with the same rev matching gearbox you drove in that camaro a while ago. I just cannot leave the feature on without gumming things up or overthinking it to force myself not to go for the rev. Meanwhile, I freely admit that it's perfect and I'm thrilled my wife keeps it on all the time, I should be using it at least in traffic. Frankly, it's a testament to your experience hopping between all of these different vehicles that I'm seeing there. I'm extremely impressed.

Misha, hopefully you could be able to get an Enlantra N (i30n sedan) from Hyundai and drive it on the track. I really wanna see what the car can do on Nürburgring. I'm sure all the elantra N drivers in north America would wanna see that too😀

@byeagleesp yeah but hyundai has those cars in their testing center near Nürburgring I think. That's why I was wondering if misha could get one of those from Hyundai as press car.
Had my PB I20n for over a year now. Light mods with some Cup 2 tyres as well. Absolutely amazing on back roads. Just a shame they cant give it more power yet besides a racechip.
I only received mine on Friday arvo. Can't wait to spend a lot more time & kilometers in the little beast. Pity here in Australia we don't have something as epic as the Ring to enjoy.

I've owned a modified Veloster N and now have an Elantra N. The N cars are all so incredibly fun for the money its crazy. I wish I could try out an i20N but there are no i20 models in Canada :(.
This i20 and fiesta st are the most fun hot hatches out there! So much fun to drive.

Never thought it would be a Hyundai that gave Misha such joy. Those things are pretty much considered appliances on wheels in this country really. Fun to watch him having such a good time! - Ed on the Ridge
They have made a crazy fast transformation. Basicly having a leader (Albert Biermann) that care very much for driving fun and him being allowed power and budget to realise his visions of fun cars. That approach is different to nearly all car other makers right now. Some years ago hyundai/kia cars were boring and not very desirable cars. Now 😊they are one of the only mainstream companies to take 'fun cars seriously'.
Now we are missing the I30N
In Canada we missing all the Hyundai hot hatches ... Shame ...we don't even have the Veloster anymore
My mrs has an i20n, she loves it. I nick it every now and then. She had a 500 abarth previously and the i20n is a much better car. Feels way faster than it is, stock exhaust actually sounds really good. I like it. Its definitely more fun than my mk8 r, but the r has that acceleration and straight line speed that makes my drive to work entertaining. Nice drive misha! I'll be booking you the next time I'm at the ring!.
Had a dream of bringing Veloster N from Korea before moving to the Netherlands..That LSD was something through the corners while driving. Driving a E82 now in the Netherlands but still I miss the Veloster N
I had one, was good fun, had some rattles unfortunately but megafun to drive and it had incredible grip
I bought one. Amazing car. Got mine in performance blue. Honestly I can’t stop smiling about it, even months on. I keep dreaming about my car and bad things happening to it. Then I wake up and realise it’s sat outside just fine 🤣
I would buy it even if it wasn't that much fun. I just love the way it looks. Even the regular i20 looks so sporty. As for the built in rev match....i think every manual should have it. I mean heel and toe is fun but come on...who doesn't love convenience?

Shockworks in Australia have a brake upgrade kit for the Hyundai, an absolutely amazing upgrade.
The thing like this one gem is that those are NOT the fastest cars on the track, but hell they DO provide a lot of FUN !

I have the small i20 n-line, only one I could get after my i30 got smashed. And I love it. If times get better will def upgrade to proper N.

I'm glad you mentioned it handles better than the power can deliver although, 200hp and 1200Kg is pretty good. Hot hatches, these days, are more about power than handling. The I20N is old school fun like it should be.

...and don't forget.. the letter "N" means it born at the "Namyang"in Korea, the home of global Research & Development centre. and honed at the best track in the world.. Nürburgring! The "N" as logo also symbolises a racetrack’s chicane curve!
Even though the car was stock, I was very surprised by its performance on the track, and the owner of the car seems to be a very friendly and good person, safe driving 🔥💯
My other half took delivery of an i20 N after a six month wait. She's a 55 year old hairdresser. She bought it due to it's red accents and funky boot spoiler! I've never felt so sorry for a car before!!
